基于信息加工過程的管制人因差錯(cuò)概率量化方法研究

【摘要】:為量化管制人因差錯(cuò)概率,基于信息加工過程設(shè)計(jì)管制人因差錯(cuò)量化工具,將管制任務(wù)中的差錯(cuò)界定為錯(cuò)報(bào)、虛報(bào)、漏報(bào)三種差錯(cuò),并量化其發(fā)生概率。結(jié)果表明:信息加工過程中的人因差錯(cuò)概率數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)Box-Cox轉(zhuǎn)換后服從正態(tài)分布。根據(jù)正態(tài)分布代表點(diǎn)與損失函數(shù)的關(guān)系劃分出5級(jí)等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。管制人因差錯(cuò)量化工具及方法的設(shè)計(jì)能夠有效鑒別崗位人員發(fā)生錯(cuò)報(bào)、虛報(bào)、漏報(bào)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),對(duì)管制員選拔以及安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In order to quantify the error probability of the controller, based on the information processing process, a tool for quantifying the error caused by the controller is designed. The error in the control task is defined as three kinds of errors: misstatement, false report and omission, and the probability of occurrence is quantified. The results show that the human error probability data in the process of information processing are converted into normal distribution by Box-Cox. According to the relationship between the representative point of normal distribution and the loss function, five grade standards are divided. The design of quantification tools and methods of controller for error can effectively identify the risk grade of misstatement, false report and understatement of post personnel, which has certain reference significance for the selection of controller and the assessment of safety risk.
