龍礦集團(tuán)安全生產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information technology, the new concepts of "digital mine" and "intelligent mine" have been put forward, and many coal enterprises in China have carried out information construction work with safety production management as the core business. Because the coal industry has the characteristics of complex management process, high specialization and low information integration, it is difficult to realize data sharing in the process of software development, resulting in waste of resources, overlapping of functions and repeated construction. Therefore, it is an inevitable trend to develop a set of information system which is based on the data of every specialty of safe production in coal enterprises, which is comprehensive, cross-professional, has good sharing, flexible process and diverse interface. This paper designs and implements a safety production management information system of Longshan Mine under the background of the activity of "establishing a first-class information mine" carried out by Longkuang Group. The system adopts the B / S structure, takes the Gigabit LAN as the transmission platform, utilizes the technology of. Net Web Service VMware virtual service, and digitizes the working business information of the group company and each mine safety production management field. The information system with powerful function, friendly interface and convenient use has formed a multi-department and multi-professional information management platform for enterprise safety production, which is data-driven and oriented to the production mines-group company. The system has designed eight subsystems such as ground survey management, mine safety, one pass and three defenses, production scheduling, production technology, electromechanical management, quality standardization, system management, and the successful design and application of the system. The information, process and automation of coal production safety management have been realized, and the traditional management mode has been changed. Since the operation, the work is stable, the data is accurate, the function is reliable, the operation is good, has satisfied the spot request very well, has realized the real paperless work, has the widespread popularizing application prospect.
