【摘要】：目的了解市場消毒濕巾質(zhì)量及其生產(chǎn)企業(yè)衛(wèi)生狀況,為加強市場消毒濕巾產(chǎn)品管理提供參考。方法通過現(xiàn)場考察和市場抽查方式,對紹興市場消毒濕巾產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)衛(wèi)生狀況進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果紹興市場消毒濕巾產(chǎn)品企業(yè)涉及浙江、四川、重慶、云南四省(市)27個企業(yè),調(diào)查項目包括8個單項共199個分值,平均得分是83.73分。獲得好評、較好、合格、差的企業(yè)比例依次是42.21%、26.13%、25.63%和6.03%。濕巾產(chǎn)品企業(yè)共同特點是生產(chǎn)環(huán)境及布局獲得好評的比例最高,其次是人員衛(wèi)生和車間;評價最差的是衛(wèi)生管理項。通過ISO9000認證的企業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理總體較未認證的企業(yè)好。結(jié)論紹興市場濕巾產(chǎn)品種類多,涉企業(yè)數(shù)多和分布的省市多,但生產(chǎn)企業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理存在的問題也較多,應嚴格許可制度,加強日常監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the quality of market disinfectant wet towel and the sanitary condition of production enterprises, and to provide reference for strengthening the management of market disinfection wet towel. Methods the sanitary status of enterprises producing disinfectant wet napkins in Shaoxing market was investigated by spot inspection and market spot check. Results 27 enterprises in Zhejiang, Sichuan, Chongqing and Yunnan were involved in Shaoxing market. The survey items included 199 scores of 8 individual items, with an average score of 83.73 points. The proportion of good, qualified and poor enterprises was 42.21 and 26.13, 25.63% and 6.03% respectively. The common feature of the enterprises is that the production environment and layout are the highest, followed by the personnel hygiene and workshop, and the worst evaluation is the hygiene management item. The health management of enterprises certified by ISO9000 is better than that of uncertified enterprises. Conclusion there are many kinds of wet towel products in Shaoxing market, many enterprises are involved and more provinces and cities are involved, but there are many problems in sanitary management of production enterprises, so it is necessary to strictly license system and strengthen daily supervision.
