【摘要】：本文從實際出發(fā),對向塘西車站目前的生產管理進行了深入研究。應用層次分析法,從生產者、管理者、事故防范、干部管理及設備等方面深入分析影響車站安全的因素,并在此基礎上構建了人身安全、生產安全、事故防范、干部管理作風、設備安全的安全評價指標體系,并著重介紹基于物元分析的指標權重計算。主要工作如下： 首先,本文通過以實地工作為主,結合問卷調查、觀察法、文獻法等多種調查法,深入分析向塘西車站目前主要的生產管理系統以及各個系統的作業(yè)流程,在上述分析的基礎上深入研究車站的生產管理現狀。 其次,在分析車站目前生產管理現狀的基礎上,從人身安全、生產安全、事故防范、干部安全作風以及設備安全的方面構建車站安全評價的指標體系,并在基于物元分析的基礎上計算了車站安全評價的指標權重。 最后,通過專家打分法對車站目前的生產管理現狀進行安全評價,并根據評價結果提出相應的解決措施,以提高車站的安全可靠性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the production management of Xiangtangxi Station is studied in detail. By applying the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the factors affecting station safety are analyzed from the aspects of producer, manager, accident prevention, cadre management and equipment, and on this basis, the personal safety, production safety, accident prevention, cadre management style are constructed. The safety evaluation index system of equipment safety is introduced, and the calculation of index weight based on matter-element analysis is emphasized. The main work is as follows: first of all, this paper mainly through the field work, combined with questionnaires, observation, literature and other methods of investigation, This paper deeply analyzes the main production management system and the operation flow of each system in Xiangtangxi Station. On the basis of the above analysis, the present situation of production management in Xiangtangxi Station is deeply studied. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of station production management, the index system of station safety evaluation is constructed from the aspects of personal safety, production safety, accident prevention, cadre safety style and equipment safety. The index weight of station safety evaluation is calculated on the basis of matter-element analysis. Finally, through the expert scoring method to carry on the safety evaluation to the station present production management present situation, and according to the appraisal result proposed the corresponding solution, in order to enhance the station safety reliability.
