內(nèi)河油輪溢油監(jiān)測及報警系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會,經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,交通運(yùn)輸作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動脈也顯得尤為重要,水路運(yùn)輸自始至終都占據(jù)著十分重要的位置,隨著現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展,水路運(yùn)輸出現(xiàn)了不少的問題:首先是管理不規(guī)范,水域的污染也在日益加重,只顧眼前利益,不惜破壞水域生態(tài)壞境。生活垃圾隨意排放,輪船生活污水油渣等也不經(jīng)處理任意排入水中,這都直接影響到水域生物資源和水域的生態(tài)循環(huán);同時還直接影響到沿岸生活居民生活環(huán)境和飲用水安全。這些都嚴(yán)重影響到長江水域的經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,一些嚴(yán)重的事故對當(dāng)?shù)厣踔琳麄長江水域環(huán)境帶來不可挽回的影響。 中華母親河之一,我國流量最大的河流長江,水道優(yōu)良,全世界少之又少,改革開放以來,我國對外貿(mào)易有了飛速發(fā)展,特別是近二十年來長江對我GDP的貢獻(xiàn)以及對外貿(mào)易都發(fā)揮了舉足輕重的作用。其流域面積僅占全國20%卻貢獻(xiàn)了40%以上的GDP以及超過30%進(jìn)出口額。長江主干線沿岸港口眾多,特別是長江中下游,已分季節(jié)開通海輪航道,進(jìn)一步提升船舶運(yùn)載量,也使得長江碼頭的吞吐量有了大幅度提高。長江沿岸企業(yè)依附于長江的天然資源位當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn),提高了當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣竦纳钏?長江航運(yùn)運(yùn)輸不乏有糧食等生活必需品,也有企業(yè)生產(chǎn)所必須各種工業(yè)原料,以及煤炭、石油等能源。長江航道的貨運(yùn)量已經(jīng)每年都會有新的增長,為沿岸居民提供經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,長江已經(jīng)是我國貨運(yùn)的大動脈。 在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時,長江的受污染程度也在進(jìn)一步加重。油輪溢油污染作為對水域污染最嚴(yán)重的事故,已經(jīng)引起了人們的廣泛關(guān)注。不但危害的沿岸居民的生活用水、旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,同時沿岸企業(yè)也會因為污染而受到不同程度的打擊。當(dāng)溢油覆蓋有河水表面,河流水面水蒸發(fā)量將受到嚴(yán)重影響,從而影響到整個水流循環(huán),使得沿岸各地降雨減少,可能導(dǎo)致土地荒漠化,更有甚者影響全球的氣候變化,這將非常不利于環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 基于前文所介紹的背景,本課題所研究的油輪溢油遠(yuǎn)程報警系統(tǒng),以單片機(jī)為核心,通過攝像機(jī)對船周圍進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,然后對采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行圖像分析,從而監(jiān)控油輪溢油情況;并把采集的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送到遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控端,以利于監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的分析和控制,從而對溢油發(fā)出警報,并同時通過3G模塊以短信的方式發(fā)送給公司,使得公司和油輪能夠同步對溢油事故進(jìn)行緊急處理,也方便了海事監(jiān)督單位的工作,做到更有效的公正執(zhí)法。 本課題所設(shè)計的監(jiān)測及報警系統(tǒng),以攝像機(jī)為核心及圖像分析的監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)和以單片機(jī)為核心的遠(yuǎn)程報警系統(tǒng)。 1、攝像機(jī) 攝像機(jī)安裝在油輪的輪尾,監(jiān)測油輪尾部水域水面情況。并將拍攝到的圖像信息傳輸?shù)綀D像分析處理器進(jìn)行圖像分析,以判別水面是否有溢油情況。 2、遠(yuǎn)程報警系統(tǒng) 單片機(jī)將從圖像分析處理器接受到的圖像信息進(jìn)行分析判斷,將溢油信息通過3G通信模塊網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)送到遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控終端,以便管理人員做出判斷和選擇。 主要工作是:按照系統(tǒng)的需求確定總體研究方案,對硬件選型,完成相關(guān)軟件程序的編寫,并完成設(shè)計。 主要研究內(nèi)容: 1、基于圖像處理的溢油監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的研究; 2、設(shè)計一個以單片機(jī)為核心的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測報警系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the rapid economic development, traffic and transportation as the artery of economic development is also particularly important, water transportation has occupied a very important position from the beginning to the end. With the development of modernization, there are many problems in the water transportation. First, the management is not standard, the pollution of the water area is increasing, and the immediate interests are not spare. It has a direct impact on the living environment of coastal living and the safety of drinking water. These all seriously affect the economy of the waters of the Yangtze River and the economy of the waters of the Yangtze River. The sustainable development of the environment and some serious accidents have irreparable effects on the local and even the entire Yangtze River environment.
One of the Chinese mother rivers, the largest river in China, the Yangtze River, the fine waterway and the few in the world. Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign trade has developed rapidly. Especially in the last twenty years, the Yangtze River has played an important role in the contribution of GDP to me and foreign trade. Its basin area accounts for only 20% of the country's contribution to more than 40%. GDP and more than 30% import and export volume. There are many ports along the main trunk line of the Yangtze River, especially the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, which have opened the sea liner in the season. The shipping capacity of the ship is further promoted and the throughput of the Yangtze River terminal has been greatly improved. The freight volume of the Yangtze River channel has been growing every year, providing economic growth for the coastal residents. The Yangtze River has been the major artery of our country's freight.
At the same time, the pollution degree of the Yangtze River is also further aggravating. Oil tanker oil spill pollution, as the most serious pollution of water pollution, has aroused widespread concern. Not only endangers the living water of the coastal residents, the development of tourism, but also the coastal enterprises will be affected by different degrees of pollution because of pollution. The oil spill covers the surface of the river, and the water evaporation of the water surface will be seriously affected, thus affecting the whole flow cycle, reducing the rainfall in the coastal areas, causing land desertification, and more affecting the global climate change, which will be very detrimental to the sustainable development of the environment.
Based on the background introduced in the previous article, the oil tanker oil spill remote alarm system is based on the MCU as the core, monitoring the ship around the ship through the camera, and then analyzing the collected data, so as to monitor the oil spill situation, and send the data to the remote monitoring terminal to help the analysis of the monitoring system. And control, so that the oil spilled alarm, and at the same time through the 3G module to send to the company by short message, so that the company and the oil tanker can synchronize the emergency treatment of the oil spill accident, also facilitate the work of the maritime supervision unit, to achieve a more effective and fair law enforcement.
The monitoring and alarm system designed in this paper is a remote alarm system with the camera as the core and the image analysis as the core.
1, camera
The camera is installed at the tail of the oil tanker to monitor the water surface in the tail of the oil tanker and transmit the captured image information to the image analysis processor for image analysis to determine whether the surface of the water has the oil spill.
2, remote alarm system
The MCU will analyze and judge the image information received from the image analysis processor, and send the oil spill information to the remote monitoring terminal through the 3G communication module network, so that the managers can make judgment and choose.
The main work is: according to the requirements of the system to determine the overall research program, hardware selection, completion of the relevant software programs, and complete the design.
Main research contents:
1, the research of oil spill monitoring system based on image processing.
2, design a remote monitoring and alarm system based on single chip microcomputer.
