礦車運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)巷道粉塵濃度分布影響的CFD仿真

【摘要】:礦車的運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)巷道粉塵的濃度分布很大,尤其是在風(fēng)流的影響下,針對(duì)逆風(fēng)、無風(fēng)和順風(fēng)的情況,運(yùn)用Fluent對(duì)巷道中粉塵的分布規(guī)律進(jìn)行模擬仿真。結(jié)果表明:礦車運(yùn)行時(shí),巷道兩壁和上方空間會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量粉塵;順風(fēng)礦車時(shí),巷道粉塵濃度分布比較均勻;逆風(fēng)礦車時(shí),巷道粉塵主要集中于礦車尾部,對(duì)其研究為更好地設(shè)計(jì)和布置噴霧降塵裝置提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The movement of mine car has great influence on the concentration distribution of dust in roadway, especially under the influence of wind flow, aiming at the situation of headwind, no wind and downwind, the distribution law of dust in roadway is simulated by Fluent. The results show that a large amount of dust will be produced in the two walls and the upper space of the roadway, the distribution of the dust concentration in the roadway is more uniform when the downwind car is running, and the dust in the roadway is mainly concentrated in the rear of the mine car when the car is running against the wind. The research provides a reference for better design and arrangement of spray dust control device.
