帶式輸送機尾粉塵逸散治理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:為解決選煤廠輸煤系統(tǒng)機尾粉塵污染問題,采用計算流體力學滑移網(wǎng)格技術(shù)與離散相模型的粒子跟蹤技術(shù)相結(jié)合的新算法,研究輸煤皮帶運行中機尾粉塵顆粒的逸散現(xiàn)象,并自主設(shè)計一種密封式機尾集塵罩。分析結(jié)果表明,粘附在輸煤皮帶表面的浮塵是機尾的發(fā)塵源,滾筒離心力和風流剪切力是塵源飛揚的動因,煤粒之間的摩擦與碰撞產(chǎn)生的高動能細粉塵顆粒在滾筒處擴散;密封式機尾集塵罩能夠完全阻隔機尾粉塵向作業(yè)空間擴散,漂浮起來的細粉塵顆粒在碰到壁面后慢慢反向沉降,而粗粉塵顆粒在橫向運行一段時間后也自由沉降,F(xiàn)場實踐表明,儲煤倉106暗道機尾采用密封式集塵罩后,全塵與呼吸性粉塵的降塵率分別達到93.09%和88.92%。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the dust pollution problem of coal conveying system in coal preparation plant, a new algorithm combining the sliding grid technique of computational fluid dynamics and the particle tracking technique of discrete phase model was used to study the phenomenon of dust particles in the tail of coal conveyer belt. And the design of a sealed tail dust cover. The results show that floating dust adhered to the surface of coal conveyer belt is the dust source of the tail, the centrifugal force of drum and the shear force of wind flow are the driving forces of dust source flying, and the high kinetic energy fine dust particles produced by friction and collision between coal particles are diffused in the drum. The sealed tail dust collecting cover can completely block the dust diffusion from the tail to the working space. The fine dust particles floating up slowly reverse after touching the wall, while the coarse dust particles are also settled freely after a period of transverse operation. The field practice shows that the dust reduction rate of the whole dust and respiratory dust reaches 93.09% and 88.92% respectively after the sealed dust collecting cover is adopted at the tail of 106 dark road of coal storage bunker.
