【摘要】：針對(duì)瓦斯探放孔鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程中無(wú)法及時(shí)了解鉆進(jìn)參數(shù)導(dǎo)致的鉆孔分布不合理情況,開(kāi)發(fā)了一種煤層水平鉆進(jìn)軌跡在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)集成在鉆頭端的多種傳感器采集鉆頭的姿態(tài)信息,采集到的姿態(tài)信息經(jīng)過(guò)為該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的一種特殊通信鉆桿傳輸?shù)讲僮魅藛T可視的人機(jī)界面,為鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程提供有效的參考依據(jù),并將鉆孔軌跡繪制在三維煤層中,從而評(píng)價(jià)鉆孔的分布是否合理。
[Abstract]:In view of the untimely understanding of drilling distribution caused by drilling parameters in the process of gas exploration drilling, an on-line monitoring system for the horizontal drilling trajectory of coal seam is developed. This system collects the attitude information of the bit through a variety of sensors integrated at the bit end, and the acquired attitude information is designed for the system. The special communication drill rod is transmitted to the human-computer interface which the operator can see. It provides an effective reference for the drilling process, and draws the drilling trajectory in the three dimensional coal seam, so as to evaluate the rationality of the drilling distribution.
