水分對煤中瓦斯的置換作用實驗研究

【摘要】:為了研究水分對煤中瓦斯的置換作用,搭建實驗平臺,保證實驗系統(tǒng)壓力恒定,實驗研究了不同含水率、不同吸附平衡壓力下水分對煤中瓦斯的置換作用。實驗結(jié)果表明:相同吸附平衡壓力下,置換量、置換率隨著時間的延長逐漸增大,但增加的幅度不斷減小,最大置換量、最大置換率與含水率、吸附平衡壓力正相關(guān);相同含水率下,1.5 MPa較2.5 MPa下的最大置換量小,但兩者的最大置換率相差不大;置換速度經(jīng)歷了快速增加、緩慢持久、衰減至0這3個階段。
[Abstract]:In order to study the displacement effect of moisture on gas in coal, an experimental platform was set up to ensure the constant pressure of the experimental system. The displacement effect of water on gas in coal under different moisture content and different adsorption equilibrium pressure was studied experimentally. The experimental results show that under the same adsorption equilibrium pressure, the displacement amount and displacement rate increase gradually with the extension of time, but the increasing amplitude decreases continuously, and the maximum displacement rate are positively correlated with moisture content and adsorption equilibrium pressure. Under the same moisture content, the maximum displacement rate of 1.5 MPA is smaller than that of 2.5 MPA, but the maximum displacement rate of the two has little difference, and the displacement velocity has experienced three stages: rapid increase, slow and lasting, and attenuation to 0.
