深部煤礦降溫系統(tǒng)管道結(jié)垢與腐蝕機理研究

【摘要】:管道結(jié)垢及腐蝕問題是國內(nèi)外深部高溫礦井降溫工程中面臨的技術(shù)難題,本文以張雙樓煤礦降溫系統(tǒng)管道結(jié)垢及腐蝕作為研究對象,首先,現(xiàn)場調(diào)研結(jié)垢及腐蝕嚴(yán)重的區(qū)域并采集表面物質(zhì)樣品及水樣進行實驗分析,得到降溫系統(tǒng)管道水物理化學(xué)特性;其次,建立化學(xué)反應(yīng)模型、數(shù)學(xué)模型及運用電化學(xué)腐蝕原電池等理論,進行降溫系統(tǒng)管道結(jié)垢及腐蝕機理的理論分析;最后,利用第一性原理方法建立計算模型,從微觀尺度驗證降溫系統(tǒng)管道結(jié)垢及腐蝕機理理論分析結(jié)果。研究結(jié)果表明:1)降溫系統(tǒng)管道表面物質(zhì)以CaCO3和鐵的氧化物為主;2)張雙樓煤礦降溫系統(tǒng)管道水溫維持在恒定的范圍:10-35℃,且具有“高硬度、高礦化度、弱堿性”的化學(xué)特性;3)深井降溫系統(tǒng)管道結(jié)垢機理為Ca2+與C032-離子的結(jié)合結(jié)晶以及CaSO4、MgCO3的轉(zhuǎn)化。4)深井降溫系統(tǒng)管道腐蝕機理為雜質(zhì)離子及溶解氧的促進作用。研究結(jié)果對于其它高溫礦井降溫系統(tǒng)管道結(jié)垢、腐蝕機理及防垢、防腐措施研究具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The problem of pipe scaling and corrosion is a technical problem in deep high temperature mine cooling project at home and abroad. In this paper, the pipe scaling and corrosion in the cooling system of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine is taken as the research object. Field investigation of serious scaling and corrosion areas and collection of surface material samples and water samples for experimental analysis to obtain the cooling system pipe water physical and chemical characteristics. Secondly, establish a chemical reaction model, The mathematical model and the theory of electrochemical corrosion primary battery are used to analyze the scaling and corrosion mechanism of cooling system pipeline. Finally, the calculation model is established by first principle method. The theoretical analysis results of scaling and corrosion mechanism of cooling system pipeline are verified from microscopic scale. The results show that the surface material of the cooling system is mainly CaCO3 and iron oxides.
