甲烷含量對(duì)塑料粉塵空氣混合物爆炸特性的影響

【摘要】:為探究可燃?xì)怏w的添加對(duì)塑料粉塵/空氣混合物爆炸特性的影響,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體(TPU)2種塑料粉塵為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)其進(jìn)行熱重分析(TG)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用20 L球形爆炸試驗(yàn)裝置,研究甲烷體積分?jǐn)?shù)對(duì)這2種塑料粉塵/空氣混合物爆炸壓力、爆炸壓力上升速率、爆炸下限等特征參數(shù)的影響。熱重試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:PMMA粉體分解速率高,在外界供熱條件下易發(fā)生燃燒,而TPU粉體分解所需能量更多,分解更加困難。爆炸試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在試驗(yàn)選定的粉塵濃度條件下,2種粉塵爆炸壓力及壓力上升速率均隨粉塵濃度呈現(xiàn)先升高后降低的變化趨勢(shì);當(dāng)甲烷體積分?jǐn)?shù)從0增加到4%時(shí),塑料粉塵爆炸的猛度和敏感度隨之增加,其中PMMA粉塵爆炸猛度受甲烷影響更大,而TPU粉塵基本不受影響,但其爆炸下限下降更明顯。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of combustible gas addition on the explosion characteristics of plastic dust / air mixture, two kinds of plastic dust, poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU), were studied on the basis of thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The effects of methane volume fraction on the explosion pressure, explosive pressure rise rate and explosion lower limit of the two kinds of plastic dust / air mixtures were studied by using a 20L spherical explosion test device. The results of thermogravimetric test show that the decomposition rate of the powder is high, and it is easy to burn under the condition of external heating, while the decomposition of TPU powder requires more energy and is more difficult to decompose. The results of explosion test show that under the selected dust concentration, the explosion pressure and pressure rising rate of two kinds of dust show a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing with the concentration of dust, and when the volume fraction of methane increases from 0 to 4, The explosion intensity and sensitivity of plastic dust increased, and the explosion intensity of PMMA dust was more affected by methane than TPU dust, but the lower limit of explosion was more obvious.
