【摘要】：煤礦工人是我國塵肺病的高發(fā)人群。隨著礦井采掘機(jī)械化水平提高,開采深度加大,煤礦井下采掘工作面粉塵危害程度也越來越大。由于采掘工作面裝備不同、防塵設(shè)施不同,工種不同,工人的接塵水平差別較大,對(duì)人體造成的危害程度也不同。為了客觀評(píng)價(jià)我國煤礦采掘工作面粉塵危害,以桑樹坪煤礦新建礦井為對(duì)象,在生產(chǎn)設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),防塵技術(shù)措施運(yùn)行情況下,對(duì)綜采工作面、綜掘工作面、炮掘工作面各崗位工種作業(yè)地點(diǎn)呼吸性粉塵進(jìn)行了個(gè)體采樣,實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)定了各工作場(chǎng)所的粉塵游離SiO_2含量、分散度和呼吸性粉塵濃度。結(jié)合檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和防塵、降塵設(shè)施實(shí)際情況,分析了超標(biāo)原因,明確防塵重點(diǎn)崗位,提出了粉塵危害防治措施。
[Abstract]:Coal miners are a high incidence of pneumoconiosis in China. With the improvement of mining mechanization level and mining depth, dust hazard in underground mining face is becoming more and more serious. Because of different equipment, different dust prevention facilities and different types of work, the level of dust exposure of workers is quite different, and the degree of harm to human body is also different. In order to evaluate objectively the dust hazard in the coal mining face of our country, taking the new coal mine of Sangshuping coal mine as the object, under the condition of the operation of the production equipment and the technical measures of preventing dust, the fully mechanized mining face and the fully mechanized excavating face are studied. Individual samples of respirable dust were collected from various job sites in the working face. The content of free Sio _ 2, dispersion and respiratory dust concentration in each workplace were measured in laboratory. Combined with test data and actual situation of dustproof and dedusting facilities, this paper analyzes the reasons for exceeding the standard, defines the key post of dustproof, and puts forward the prevention and control measures of dust hazard.
