乏風(fēng)瓦斯催化氧化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:為解決乏風(fēng)瓦斯催化氧化利用監(jiān)控設(shè)計(jì)中存在的"信息孤島"與"重復(fù)建設(shè)"問題,以提高安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的可靠性與穩(wěn)定性為目的,設(shè)計(jì)了一套乏風(fēng)瓦斯催化氧化綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),其綜合了監(jiān)控瓦斯摻混系統(tǒng)、逆流回?zé)嵯到y(tǒng)、離心壓氣機(jī)系統(tǒng)、催化燃燒室、發(fā)電機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)乏風(fēng)瓦斯催化氧化過程的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。分析了乏風(fēng)瓦斯催化燃燒燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)發(fā)電工藝流程、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)控制原理,以及系統(tǒng)控制流程,對(duì)系統(tǒng)安全防護(hù)硬件、軟件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),工業(yè)性試驗(yàn)表明,該綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)具有良好的穩(wěn)定性與可靠性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of "information isolated island" and "repeated construction" in the monitoring design of catalytic oxidation of spent air gas, the purpose of this paper is to improve the reliability and stability of the safety monitoring system. A comprehensive monitoring system for catalytic oxidation of spent air gas is designed, which integrates monitoring gas mixing system, countercurrent regenerative system, centrifugal compressor system, catalytic combustor and generator to realize remote monitoring of the process of catalytic oxidation of spent air gas. In this paper, the process of generating electricity, the control principle of monitoring system and the control flow of system are analyzed. The hardware and software of system safety protection are designed. The industrial test shows that, The system has good stability and reliability.
