【摘要】：為解決端氏煤礦集中回風(fēng)巷獨(dú)頭掘進(jìn)快速消突問題,借助近距離煤巖獨(dú)巷同向遞進(jìn)的開拓條件,采用順層孔和穿層孔立體交叉抽采技術(shù)全面控制防突區(qū)域。抽采期間為防治軌道大巷炮掘擾動破壞鉆孔,順層孔采用全孔段下放篩管以及穿層孔采用"破孔、透孔、分段封孔"三步走二次封孔的防突保障技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)防突鉆孔高效、持久抽采。經(jīng)過區(qū)域預(yù)抽35~40 d后,集中回風(fēng)巷正前方和兩側(cè)15 m范圍內(nèi)煤體的殘余瓦斯含量均小于8 m~3/t,滿足區(qū)域防突效果檢驗(yàn)要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)獨(dú)頭煤巷快速消突,保障"抽、掘"平衡。
