【摘要】：隨著人類社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,化工業(yè)的發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn),危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品制造業(yè)的數(shù)量與日俱增,有些企業(yè)由于管理疏漏等問題在化學(xué)品的生產(chǎn)到使用、經(jīng)營(yíng)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)輸?shù)确矫?都有可能造成危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品事故的發(fā)生。危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)事故對(duì)人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)的影響是巨大的,研究有效的管理機(jī)制及應(yīng)急救援機(jī)制,對(duì)于減少化學(xué)危險(xiǎn)品事故災(zāi)害的影響具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以阜新市危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品為研究對(duì)象,利用Google Earth軟件獲取了各從業(yè)單位的地理位置信息,對(duì)阜新市危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品進(jìn)行了分類研究�；诹黧w網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,繪制了阜新市危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品應(yīng)急救援交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)潢P(guān)系,提出了阜新市危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品應(yīng)急救援最短路線模型,結(jié)合阜新市具體情況,構(gòu)建阜新市危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品應(yīng)急機(jī)制。本文的研究為阜新市減少危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品事故提供了一定的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:With the progress of human society, the chemical industry is developing by leaps and bounds, and the number of dangerous chemicals manufacturing industry is increasing day by day. Some enterprises, due to management problems, such as production to use, management, storage, transportation, etc., Can cause dangerous chemical accidents. The influence of dangerous chemical accident on people's life and property is great. It is of great practical significance to study the effective management mechanism and emergency rescue mechanism to reduce the impact of dangerous chemical accident disaster. In this paper, the dangerous chemicals in Fuxin city were studied by using Google Earth software to obtain the geographical location information of the various units in Fuxin City, and the classification of the hazardous chemicals in Fuxin City was studied in this paper. Based on the theory of fluid network, the traffic network diagram of emergency rescue of dangerous chemicals in Fuxin city is drawn, the network topological relationship is constructed, the shortest route model of emergency rescue of dangerous chemicals in Fuxin city is put forward, and the concrete situation of Fuxin city is combined. To construct the emergency mechanism of dangerous chemicals in Fuxin City. The research in this paper provides some technical support for reducing dangerous chemical accidents in Fuxin City.
