【摘要】：救生艙內(nèi)室的設(shè)計(jì)不應(yīng)該只關(guān)注技術(shù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)，應(yīng)是站在礦工的角度上，研究礦工的生理、心理需求，設(shè)計(jì)出適宜礦工避難的救生艙內(nèi)室。 整體上來看，美國、澳大利亞已經(jīng)基本消除了重大礦難事故，其中礦用可移動救生艙起到了巨大的作用，救生艙在礦井下是必須要具備的。我們國家也從國外得到了許多的啟示，加緊研發(fā)礦用可移動救生艙，由于時(shí)間問題、技術(shù)問題，我們的研發(fā)還處于模仿、借鑒階段，沒有自己的設(shè)計(jì)思路和理念，還僅僅是停留在救生艙本身的研究上，沒有落實(shí)到礦工本身，更沒有系統(tǒng)的、細(xì)致的去研究礦工的心理，得出一些可靠的數(shù)據(jù)和心理模型，反過來指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)才會更加有價(jià)值和意義，體現(xiàn)出真正地宜人性。 文章以人機(jī)工程學(xué)、色彩心理學(xué)、動機(jī)心理學(xué)為理論基礎(chǔ)，對現(xiàn)有救生艙內(nèi)室的分析和總結(jié)，進(jìn)而對救生艙內(nèi)室的布置規(guī)律展開探討。首先，是對現(xiàn)有的礦用可移動救生艙進(jìn)行對比分析，，得出其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，進(jìn)而對救生艙的外觀和內(nèi)室做分析，包括救生艙外觀的工程尺寸、組成部分等，對救生艙內(nèi)室做進(jìn)一步的分析，從飛機(jī)內(nèi)室、地鐵內(nèi)室、汽車內(nèi)室等做對比得出可借鑒的地方和救生艙內(nèi)室設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。其次，是對礦工作深入系統(tǒng)的調(diào)研，包含生活背景調(diào)查，及避難時(shí)物理層次的需要和心理層次的需要，為內(nèi)室的設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)。再次，是對內(nèi)室的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行宜人性分析，包含空間布局、尺寸尺度的分析、燈光色調(diào)的研究等等。最后是內(nèi)室宜人性的實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證，在眼動儀實(shí)驗(yàn)前要有實(shí)驗(yàn)的預(yù)判，得出實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，歸納出救生艙內(nèi)室設(shè)計(jì)的宜人性規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:The design of lifebuoy chamber should not only pay attention to the realization of technology, but also study the physiological and psychological needs of miners, and design the suitable lifebuoy chamber for miners to seek refuge. On the whole, the United States and Australia have basically eliminated major mine accidents, among which the mine movable lifebuoy has played a great role, which must be available under the mine. Our country has also got a lot of inspiration from abroad. We have stepped up the research and development of mine movable lifebuoys. Due to time problems and technical problems, our research and development is still in the stage of imitation and reference, and we do not have our own design ideas and concepts. It is still just staying in the study of the lifebuoy itself. It has not been implemented to the miners themselves, and there has been no systematic and detailed study of the miners' psychology, and some reliable data and psychological models have been obtained. In turn, guiding design will be more valuable and meaningful, reflecting the true human nature. Based on the theories of ergonomics, color psychology and motivation psychology, this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing lifebuoys, and then probes into the layout of the lifebuoys. First of all, by comparing and analyzing the existing mine movable lifebuoys, the advantages and disadvantages are obtained, and then the appearance and the inner chamber of the lifebuoys are analyzed, including the engineering dimensions and components of the lifebuoys appearance, etc. This paper makes further analysis on the lifebuoy chamber, and draws the key points of the design of the lifebuoy chamber from the comparison of the airplane interior chamber, the subway inner chamber and the automobile interior room. Secondly, it is the deep and systematic investigation of mine work, including the life background investigation, the need of the physical level and the psychological level when taking refuge, which provides the basis for the design of the inner room. Third, the design of the interior of the pleasant analysis, including spatial layout, dimension analysis, lighting tone research and so on. Finally, it is the experimental verification of the comfortable human nature in the inner chamber. Before the eye movement instrument experiment, there should be a preliminary judgment of the experiment, and the experimental data are obtained, and the law of the suitably human nature in the design of the lifebuoy chamber is concluded.
