基于Android平臺的煤礦安全監(jiān)測GIS系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:我國是一個產(chǎn)煤、用煤大國,然而我國煤層賦存條件復(fù)雜,煤與瓦斯突出,造成煤炭企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)條件復(fù)雜,煤礦安全生產(chǎn)成為我國煤炭行業(yè)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問題,如何隨時隨地感知礦山安全情況,查看各監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)成為生產(chǎn)一線迫切的需要。隨著地理信息技術(shù)(GIS)、無線通信技術(shù)以及基于智能終端的移動應(yīng)用開發(fā)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,采用智能終端輔助煤礦安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)測已經(jīng)成為行業(yè)研究的熱點(diǎn)。 本文在原有基于PC機(jī)的定點(diǎn)定位遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種基于智能終端的煤礦安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),并結(jié)合煤礦企業(yè)的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于Android平臺的煤礦安全監(jiān)測GIS系統(tǒng)。論文主體部分首先分析了基于智能終端的煤礦安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的功能需求,介紹了煤礦遠(yuǎn)程安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的模型,討論了GIS技術(shù),UCMap技術(shù),Android平臺以及Socket通信等系統(tǒng)開發(fā)所需的相關(guān)理論及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。在此基礎(chǔ)之上提出了基于Android平臺的煤礦安全監(jiān)測GIS系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)及軟件功能模型,,完成了系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、軟件功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)以及利用Java語言采用Android平臺對其進(jìn)行編碼實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后根據(jù)軟件測試的基本原則和軟件測試用例,對智能終端軟件分別進(jìn)行了模擬環(huán)境下和真機(jī)上的測試。測試結(jié)果表明,本文中所開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)性能穩(wěn)定可靠,具有良好的人機(jī)界面和可操作性,可實(shí)現(xiàn)礦區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時可視化監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Our country is a big coal producing country, but the coal seam occurrence condition in our country is complicated, the coal and gas outburst causes the coal enterprise safe production condition to be complicated, the coal mine safety production becomes our country coal industry to pay close attention to the key problem. How to perceive mine safety situation at any time and anywhere, and how to check the operation status of each monitoring system becomes the urgent need of production line. With the development of geographic information technology (GIS), wireless communication technology and mobile application development technology based on intelligent terminal, the application of intelligent terminal to coal mine safety monitoring has become a hot spot in the industry. This paper puts forward a kind of coal mine safety production monitoring system based on intelligent terminal on the basis of PC based fixed position remote monitoring system, and combines with the actual business demand of coal mine enterprise. A coal mine safety monitoring system based on Android platform is designed and implemented. In the main part of the thesis, the function requirement of coal mine safety monitoring system based on intelligent terminal is analyzed, and the model of coal mine remote safety monitoring system is introduced. This paper discusses the related theories and key technologies of GIS technology, UCMap technology, Android platform, socket communication and so on. On this basis, the whole structure and software function model of the coal mine safety monitoring system based on Android platform are put forward, and the overall structure design of the system is completed. The software function module is designed and coded with Android platform. Finally, according to the basic principles of software testing and software test cases, the intelligent terminal software is tested in the simulation environment and on the real computer. The test results show that the system developed in this paper has stable and reliable performance, good man-machine interface and maneuverability, and can realize real-time visual monitoring of mining area data.
