【摘要】：文章分析了核與輻射環(huán)境安全的影響因素,建立了核與輻射環(huán)境安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,結(jié)合ASP.NET、SQL Server等計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代管理信息系統(tǒng)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了核與輻射環(huán)境安全管理與評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),并通過(guò)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性。系統(tǒng)可以對(duì)核設(shè)施核與輻射環(huán)境安全信息進(jìn)行管理,對(duì)地理監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析預(yù)警,對(duì)單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)和總體安全進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)等功能,為核設(shè)施單位進(jìn)行安全預(yù)警與管理決策提供技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the factors affecting the safety of nuclear and radiation environment, establishes an evaluation index system for nuclear and radiation environmental safety, and designs a nuclear and radiation environmental safety management and evaluation system based on computer technology and modern management information system technology such as ASP.NET, SQL Server and so on. The system's reliability and stability are verified by an example. The nuclear and radiation environmental safety information of nuclear facilities can be managed, the data of geographical monitoring points can be analyzed and early-warning, and the comprehensive evaluation of single index and overall security can be used to provide technical support for the safety early warning and management decision of the nuclear facilities.
