煤礦井下奧灰水害探查定向鉆進(jìn)裝備選配及工藝研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著煤炭向深部開(kāi)采,水害已日益成為影響煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的重要因素。特別是奧灰水害隱患,是許多礦井必須要解決的重大安全問(wèn)題。水害防治方案的確定,建立在對(duì)含水層地質(zhì)條件準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)際中通常采用鉆孔探查方法獲取相關(guān)信息。傳統(tǒng)的回轉(zhuǎn)短鉆孔探查方案,存在鉆孔軌跡不可控、鉆遇目標(biāo)含水層后的有效孔段短、鉆孔深度淺、鉆孔工程量大等缺點(diǎn),且由于回轉(zhuǎn)鉆孔無(wú)法隨鉆測(cè)控,鉆遇含水層有效距離較短、不能實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域超前長(zhǎng)距離探查、不能精確計(jì)算鉆孔空間位置,同時(shí)探查精度較低、可靠性較差。實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦水害的精確探查,成為煤礦生產(chǎn)及科研中的又一大技術(shù)難題。本論文采用定向鉆進(jìn)技術(shù)方案,對(duì)奧灰含水層進(jìn)行隨鉆測(cè)控的精確探查。為了充分發(fā)揮定向鉆進(jìn)技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),提高探查的效率和可靠性,從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入研究:1.奧灰復(fù)雜地層定向成孔工藝研究;2.定向鉆進(jìn)裝備與配套鉆具優(yōu)選及改進(jìn);3.奧灰水害定向孔精確探查設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)研究。通過(guò)上述重點(diǎn)技術(shù)研究及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)完善,優(yōu)化出一套奧灰水害探查定向成孔工藝方法,選配出一套適合于該地區(qū)奧灰水害探查定向孔施工的配套裝備機(jī)具,完善了定向探查設(shè)計(jì)方法,解決了奧灰上部復(fù)雜地層及奧灰地層定向成孔問(wèn)題,將定向鉆進(jìn)整體工效提高40%;同時(shí)利用定向鉆孔軌跡可控、可沿目標(biāo)層延伸、可精確計(jì)算鉆孔參數(shù)等技術(shù)優(yōu)點(diǎn),對(duì)目標(biāo)層探查過(guò)程中定向孔內(nèi)出現(xiàn)的各類情況實(shí)時(shí)定位、據(jù)實(shí)調(diào)整,提高了探查的精確性和針對(duì)性,滿足桑樹(shù)坪煤礦11#煤底板奧灰水害精確探查的要求,為3105工作面及后續(xù)工作面防治水工作開(kāi)展奠定基礎(chǔ),并為其它同類型定向鉆孔項(xiàng)目施工提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deep mining of coal, water hazard has increasingly become an important factor affecting the safety of coal production. Especially, the hidden danger of Ordovician ash is a major safety problem that must be solved in many mines. The determination of water hazard prevention scheme is based on the accurate understanding of the geological conditions of the aquifer. In practice, the drilling exploration method is usually used to obtain the relevant information. The traditional exploration scheme of short rotary borehole has some disadvantages, such as the track of drilling is not controllable, the effective hole section is short after drilling into the target aquifer, the drilling depth is shallow, the amount of drilling work is large, and the rotary borehole can not be measured and controlled while drilling. The effective distance of drilling aquifer is short, which can not realize the long distance exploration in advance of the area, and can not calculate the spatial position of the borehole accurately. At the same time, the precision of exploration is low and the reliability is poor. To realize accurate exploration of coal mine water hazard has become another technical problem in coal mine production and scientific research. In this paper, directional drilling technology is used to detect and control the Ordovician Aquifer accurately. In order to give full play to the advantages of directional drilling technology and improve the efficiency and reliability of exploration, this paper makes a thorough study on the following aspects: 1. Study on directional pore forming Technology of Ordovician complex Strata Optimized selection and improvement of directional drilling equipment and supporting drilling tools. Research on the precise Exploration and Design Technology of Ordovician Water Hazard directional Hole. Through the above key technical research and field test perfection, we optimize a set of technology method of orienting hole for water hazard detection of Ordovician ash, and select a set of matching equipment which is suitable for the construction of orienting hole for water hazard detection of Ordovician ash in this area. The design method of directional exploration is improved to solve the problem of orienting hole in the upper complex formation of Ordovician ash and Ordovician formation, and the integral working efficiency of directional drilling is increased by 40%, and the directional drilling trajectory is controllable and can be extended along the target layer. Technical advantages such as accurate calculation of drilling parameters, real-time positioning of all kinds of situations occurring in directional holes in the process of target layer exploration, and actual adjustment have improved the accuracy and pertinence of the exploration. It meets the requirement of accurate detection of water hazard of Ordovician ash on 11# coal floor in Sangshuping Coal Mine, lays a foundation for water prevention and control work in 3105 face and subsequent working face, and provides reference for construction of other similar directional drilling projects.
