綜采工作面采空區(qū)煤炭自燃危險(xiǎn)性評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:礦井煤炭自燃火災(zāi)是煤礦的主要自然災(zāi)害之一,其中大部分的自燃火災(zāi)都發(fā)生在采空區(qū)。在采空區(qū)煤炭自燃火災(zāi)發(fā)生前,對(duì)自燃危險(xiǎn)的程度進(jìn)行評(píng)估,依據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果及其中間結(jié)果,采取有重點(diǎn)有針對(duì)性地防滅火措施,從而降低或消除采空區(qū)自燃危險(xiǎn)性,為煤礦采空區(qū)自燃火災(zāi)的治理工作提供科學(xué)可靠的依據(jù)。 本文首先對(duì)綜采工作面采空區(qū)煤炭自燃的內(nèi)因和外因進(jìn)行了分析,并選取了綜采工作面采空區(qū)煤炭自燃危險(xiǎn)性的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了綜采工作面采空區(qū)煤炭自燃危險(xiǎn)性綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,進(jìn)一步采用層次分析法確定了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重和采用專(zhuān)家評(píng)判法確定了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的隸屬度。基于模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的理論,建立了綜采工作面采空區(qū)煤炭自燃危險(xiǎn)性模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,根據(jù)評(píng)分等級(jí)法確定綜采工作面采空區(qū)煤炭自燃危險(xiǎn)性的等級(jí)。 根據(jù)綜采工作面采空區(qū)自燃危險(xiǎn)性模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,借助于計(jì)算機(jī)輔助軟件VB和Excel,編寫(xiě)出綜采工作面采空區(qū)煤炭自燃危險(xiǎn)性綜合評(píng)價(jià)軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了評(píng)價(jià)的自動(dòng)化,提高了評(píng)價(jià)工作的效率。 最后,本文結(jié)合某礦10414工作面的實(shí)際情況,采用評(píng)價(jià)軟件對(duì)該工作面采空區(qū)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果,提出了相應(yīng)的自燃防治措施。
[Abstract]:Coal spontaneous fire is one of the main natural disasters in coal mine, most of which occur in goaf. Before the spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf, the degree of the danger of spontaneous combustion is evaluated. According to the evaluation result and the intermediate result, some measures are taken to prevent and extinguish the fire, so as to reduce or eliminate the danger of spontaneous combustion in goaf. It provides a scientific and reliable basis for the control of spontaneous combustion in goaf. In this paper, the internal and external causes of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf of fully mechanized mining face are analyzed, and the evaluation index of coal spontaneous combustion risk in goaf of fully mechanized coal mining face is selected. On this basis, the comprehensive evaluation index system of coal spontaneous combustion risk in goaf of fully mechanized mining face is established, and the weight of evaluation index is determined by AHP and the membership degree of evaluation index is determined by expert evaluation method. Based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of coal spontaneous combustion risk in goaf of fully mechanized coal mining face is established, and the grade of coal spontaneous combustion risk in goaf of fully mechanized coal face is determined according to the scoring grade method. According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of spontaneous combustion risk in goaf of fully mechanized coal mining face, the comprehensive evaluation software of coal spontaneous combustion risk in goaf of fully mechanized coal face is compiled by means of computer aided software VB and Excel, and the evaluation automation is realized. The efficiency of evaluation is improved. Finally, combined with the actual situation of No. 10414 face in a certain mine, the goaf of the working face is evaluated by using the evaluation software, and according to the evaluation results, the corresponding measures of preventing and controlling spontaneous combustion are put forward.
