【摘要】：為了研究次高溫高壓條件下、在變形作用過程中煤是否發(fā)生化學(xué)變化而產(chǎn)生氣體以及產(chǎn)氣機(jī)理和規(guī)律,研制了一種次高溫高壓煤變形產(chǎn)氣試驗裝置,并對裝置密封、氣體觀測收集等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難點進(jìn)行了分析。該試驗裝置主要由加載系統(tǒng)、密封反應(yīng)釜系統(tǒng)、溫控加熱系統(tǒng)以及氣體觀測收集系統(tǒng)4個部分組成。最大加載軸壓為100 MPa,最高加熱穩(wěn)定溫度200℃,試樣尺寸為Φ50 mm×100 mm。該裝置具有如下特點:氣密性良好,并可長時間進(jìn)行恒溫恒壓加載,最長可連續(xù)加載360 h;結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,易操作,成本低,系統(tǒng)可靠性高。試驗初期,利用該裝置對兩種不同煤級煤進(jìn)行軸壓10~50 MPa,溫度100℃和150℃的變形產(chǎn)氣試驗,得到不同溫度、不同壓力條件下煤的變形產(chǎn)氣特征。試驗結(jié)果表明,該試驗裝置為煤變形產(chǎn)氣的相關(guān)試驗研究提供了有效的手段,具有較大的實用價值。
