【摘要】：本文結(jié)合晉煤集團(tuán)古書(shū)院礦15#煤3盤(pán)曲高瓦斯區(qū)域153302工作面采空區(qū)瓦斯的賦存及涌出的特征,應(yīng)用多孔介質(zhì)流體動(dòng)力學(xué)、傳熱傳質(zhì)學(xué)和數(shù)值模擬等理論,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)定采空區(qū)瓦斯的壓力場(chǎng)、速度場(chǎng)和濃度場(chǎng)。研究采空區(qū)瓦斯的分布特性,根據(jù)能量守恒、質(zhì)量守恒和動(dòng)量守恒定律對(duì)工作面回采時(shí)采用的采煤工藝、15#煤的各基礎(chǔ)參數(shù)、采空區(qū)瓦斯?jié)舛葓?chǎng),風(fēng)量情況等的分析計(jì)算,建立瓦斯流動(dòng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,按照采空區(qū)的形狀和建立的瓦斯流動(dòng)數(shù)學(xué)模型,采用完全非結(jié)構(gòu)化網(wǎng)格的有限體積法對(duì)采空區(qū)瓦斯流動(dòng)控制方程以及邊界條件進(jìn)行離散化,并用商業(yè)CFD軟件Fluent對(duì)上隅角瓦斯?jié)舛饶M；結(jié)合15#煤層基礎(chǔ)參數(shù)的測(cè)定結(jié)果推導(dǎo)出上隅角瓦斯?jié)舛鹊挠?jì)算方程公式,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)模擬結(jié)果和計(jì)算結(jié)果的分析得出153 302工作面實(shí)測(cè)回采時(shí)期上隅角瓦斯?jié)舛仍谡ＭL(fēng)的情況下瓦斯?jié)舛炔粫?huì)達(dá)到超限的臨界值的問(wèn)題,經(jīng)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比,理論計(jì)算和軟件模擬的結(jié)果都與其相吻合,進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明了上隅角瓦斯?jié)舛扔?jì)算公式的正確性。因此在古書(shū)院煤礦能通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬與公式計(jì)算得出上隅角瓦斯?jié)舛鹊姆秶?能有效的為所研究礦井以后開(kāi)采同一地質(zhì)條件、同一水平,同一采區(qū)的其他工作面的瓦斯治理提供了科學(xué)合理的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, combined with the characteristics of gas occurrence and emission in goaf of 153302 working face in No. 15# coal of Guyuan Coal Mine of Jinmei Group Group, the theories of fluid dynamics, heat and mass transfer and numerical simulation of porous media are applied. The pressure field, velocity field and concentration field of gas in goaf were measured. The distribution characteristics of gas in goaf are studied. According to the conservation of energy, mass and momentum, the basic parameters, gas concentration field and air volume of coal mining process No. 15# adopted in mining face are analyzed and calculated. The mathematical model of gas flow is established. According to the shape of goaf and the established mathematical model of gas flow, the control equations and boundary conditions of gas flow in goaf are discretized by the finite volume method of completely unstructured grid. The commercial CFD software fluent is used to simulate the gas concentration in the upper corner and the formula for calculating the gas concentration in the upper corner is derived by combining the measurement results of the basic parameters of the 15 # coal seam. Through the analysis of the simulation and calculation results, it is concluded that the gas concentration in the upper corner of 153302 face will not reach the critical value of exceeding the limit under the condition of normal ventilation, and the gas concentration in the upper corner of 153302 face will not reach the critical value under the condition of normal ventilation, which is compared with the field data. The results of theoretical calculation and software simulation are in agreement with them, which further shows the correctness of the formula for calculating the gas concentration in the upper corner. Therefore, in Guyuan Coal Mine, the range of gas concentration in the upper corner can be calculated by numerical simulation and formula, and the same geological condition and level can be effectively obtained for the mine under study. The gas treatment of other working faces in the same mining area provides scientific and reasonable valuable experience.
