【摘要】：正著名的"冰山理論"于1895年由弗洛伊德和布洛伊爾聯(lián)合發(fā)表在《歇斯底里研究》上,隨后該理論被應(yīng)用到各個(gè)領(lǐng)域中,海明威曾將該理論運(yùn)用到寫作之中,從此理論廣為流傳。弗洛伊德認(rèn)為,人的人格就像海面上的冰山一樣,露出來的僅僅只是一部分,即有意識(shí)的層面;剩下的絕大部分是處于無意識(shí)的,是看不見的,而這絕大部分在某種程度上決定著人的發(fā)展和行為。冰山理論也可應(yīng)用到安全管理領(lǐng)域,并具有指導(dǎo)意義。一方面,在生產(chǎn)和行為過程中,水面上的事故是冰山一角,水面下可能隱藏著很大的事故隱患,僅憑
[Abstract]:The famous "Iceberg Theory" was published in 1895 by Freud and broyle in the study of hysteria. Then the theory was applied to various fields. Hemingway used the theory to write the theory. From then on, the theory was widely spread. Freud thought that human personality was just like icebergs on the sea. It is only part of the conscious level; the most of the rest is unaware and invisible, and most of this determines to some extent human development and behavior. Iceberg theory can also be applied to the field of safety management and has a guiding significance. On the one hand, in the process of production and behavior, the accident on the surface of the water is an iceberg. One corner, hidden beneath the surface may be a great potential accident.
