城市下穿隧道交通安全分析

【摘要】:城市下穿隧道是公路隧道的一種,由于城市道路隧道在城市道路中修建時(shí)一般具備下穿的性質(zhì),所以本文將之稱為城市下穿隧道。近幾年來,隨著城市的不斷擴(kuò)大,發(fā)展的速度加快,對(duì)城市交通的要求也越來越高,因此城市下穿隧道被大量修建。城市下穿隧道的修建對(duì)減少城市道路用地、縮短行車?yán)锍、疏?dǎo)城市交通都有積極的作用。然而近年來城市下穿隧道中的交通事故有增多的趨勢(shì),由于城市下穿隧道相對(duì)閉塞,又位于城市中心,當(dāng)發(fā)生交通安全事故時(shí),一方面事故處理難,容易引發(fā)二次事故,另一方面又會(huì)給城市中心帶來污染,以城市下穿隧道為對(duì)象進(jìn)行專門的交通安全研究是必要而迫切的。 鑒于已有城市下穿隧道交通事故統(tǒng)計(jì)和安全研究較少,本文在分析城市下穿隧道與普通公路相比的特點(diǎn)及交通事故特性的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)全國(guó)城市隧道交通事故數(shù)據(jù)和成都市下穿隧道交通事故數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,研究下穿隧道事故時(shí)間和空間分布特征、形態(tài)特征和車輛類型特征,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析交通事故影響因素,獲取城市下穿隧道交通事故影響因素層次圖,然后在對(duì)城市下穿隧道事故多發(fā)點(diǎn)定義的基礎(chǔ)上,利用基于SPSS軟件的主成分分析法和線性加權(quán)評(píng)價(jià)法來分別為隧道事故多發(fā)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行鑒別,并根據(jù)主成分分析法的特性,改進(jìn)了適合于城市下穿隧道交通事故主要影響因素鑒別的方法,隨后利用成都市2011年134起城市下穿隧道交通事故數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。在文章的最后,提出了基于影響因素和事故多發(fā)點(diǎn)鑒別結(jié)果的交通安全管理措施。
[Abstract]:The urban underpass tunnel is a kind of highway tunnel. Because the urban road tunnel is built in the city road, it usually has the property of the underpass, so this paper calls it the urban underpass tunnel. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the city, the speed of development is accelerating, and the demand for urban traffic is becoming higher and higher, so the tunnel under the city has been built a lot. The construction of the tunnel under the city plays an active role in reducing the urban road land, shortening the mileage of the traffic and guiding the urban traffic. However, in recent years, the number of traffic accidents in urban underpass tunnels is increasing. Due to the fact that the urban underpass tunnels are relatively closed and located in the center of the city, when traffic safety accidents occur, on the one hand, it is difficult to deal with accidents, which can easily lead to secondary accidents. On the other hand, it will bring pollution to the city center, so it is necessary and urgent to study the traffic safety through the tunnel under the city. In view of the fact that there are few studies on traffic accident statistics and safety of urban underpass tunnel, this paper analyzes the characteristics of urban underpass tunnel compared with ordinary highway and traffic accident characteristics. Based on the analysis of the traffic accident data of the national urban tunnel and Chengdu underpass tunnel, the distribution characteristics of time and space, the morphological characteristics and the vehicle type characteristics of the underpass tunnel accident are studied. On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of traffic accidents, the hierarchy map of traffic accident factors in urban underpass tunnel is obtained, and then, based on the definition of the frequent spots of traffic accidents in urban underpass tunnels, The principal component analysis (PCA) and linear weighted evaluation (LWE) based on SPSS software are used to identify the accident prone points respectively, and according to the characteristics of the principal component analysis (PCA), This paper improves the identification method suitable for the main influencing factors of urban underpass tunnel traffic accidents, and then makes an empirical analysis based on the data of 134 urban underpass traffic accidents in Chengdu in 2011. At the end of the paper, traffic safety management measures based on influencing factors and identification results of accident-prone spots are put forward.
