【摘要】：以密封袋及大口燃燒袋作為載體,將噴灑及泡沫氣霧劑從罐體中轉(zhuǎn)移到氧彈式量熱儀量熱杯中。在高壓氧的助燃作用下,使其完全燃燒,再通過計算獲取該氣霧劑單次實驗燃燒熱值。通過數(shù)理分析,在95%的置信度下,計算出產(chǎn)品的燃燒熱,用于進行氣霧劑易燃性能分類判定。填補目前關(guān)于氣霧劑樣品燃燒熱測定的空白,促進危險化學品氣霧劑分類的規(guī)范化、統(tǒng)一化,完善危險品分類標準化體系。
[Abstract]:The spray and foam aerosol was transferred from the tank to the oxygen bomb calorimeter with sealed bag and large mouth combustion bag as the carrier. Under the action of hyperbaric oxygen combustion, the combustion calorific value of the aerosol was obtained by calculating the combustion calorific value of the aerosol in a single experiment. Through mathematical analysis, the combustion heat of the product was calculated under 95% confidence, which was used to classify the flammability of aerosol agent. Fill in the blank of combustion heat determination of aerosol sample at present, promote the standardization and unification of dangerous chemicals aerosol classification, perfect the classification standardization system of dangerous chemicals.
