【摘要】：為研究飛行員安全績效的變化趨勢以及飛行員的空間能力與其安全績效的關(guān)系,運(yùn)用多層線性模型方法對飛機(jī)快速存取記錄器(QAR)數(shù)據(jù)和飛行員心理選拔筆試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明:飛行員入職0~4 a內(nèi)的安全績效水平呈現(xiàn)顯著下降的趨勢,且個(gè)體差異明顯;空間能力中的空間關(guān)系能力對飛行員的安全績效下降速率有顯著的負(fù)向影響,但空間視覺化能力與空間定向能力的影響不顯著�？臻g關(guān)系能力對飛行員入職0~1 a內(nèi)安全績效水平的預(yù)測效應(yīng)顯著,兩者呈正相關(guān),而空間視覺化能力與空間定向能力的預(yù)測效應(yīng)不顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to study the changing trend of pilots' safety performance and the relationship between pilots' spatial capability and their safety performance, the data of aircraft Quick access Recorder (QAR) and pilot's psychological selection test were analyzed by using multi-layer linear model method. The results showed that the safety performance level of pilots decreased significantly within 4 years, and the individual differences were significant, and the spatial relationship ability in space ability had a significant negative effect on the decline rate of pilots' safety performance. However, the effect of spatial visualization and spatial orientation is not significant. The predictive effect of spatial relationship ability on the safety performance level of pilots within one year was significant, and there was a positive correlation between them, but the predictive effect of spatial visualization ability and spatial orientation ability was not significant.
