基于ABAQUS的冰雹撞擊有限元分析

【摘要】:進(jìn)入到本世紀(jì),氣候在全球范圍內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)出極端天氣多發(fā)的特點(diǎn),同時(shí)航空業(yè)在更高航速、更多航班方面取得了較大發(fā)展,因天氣條件不佳導(dǎo)致的航班延誤和飛行事故屢有發(fā)生。其中冰雹撞擊問(wèn)題日益成為威脅航空航天飛行器飛行安全的新課題。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)的冰雹撞擊工程實(shí)驗(yàn)和相關(guān)計(jì)算機(jī)模擬均處于起步階段,憑借成本低、效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),利用ABAQUS軟件進(jìn)行冰雹撞擊的有限元模擬,就是當(dāng)前防撞、抗撞設(shè)計(jì)研究的重點(diǎn)方向之一。 本文歷數(shù)了近五十年的冰雹撞擊的事件,概述了冰雹撞擊事故發(fā)生的特點(diǎn),并總結(jié)了現(xiàn)階段在這一問(wèn)題上研究的不同途徑,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了基于ABAQUS軟件的有限元仿真的方法。本文介紹了ABAQUS軟件的組成部分和操作流程,詳述了彈塑性、彈塑性動(dòng)力學(xué)、接觸-碰撞等相關(guān)理論、數(shù)值解法及其在ABAQUS軟件中的應(yīng)用,研究了冰雹材料的力學(xué)特性,總結(jié)了高應(yīng)變率下冰雹材料模型的定義,歸納出在ABAQUS軟件虛擬環(huán)境中的冰雹本構(gòu)模型及分離準(zhǔn)則。對(duì)不同粒徑、不同速度、不同入射角度、不同離心率的模擬冰雹進(jìn)行了仿真計(jì)算,,并將計(jì)算結(jié)果與工程實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究。 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對(duì)比表明:基于ABAQUS的有限元模擬方法能夠較好地展現(xiàn)冰雹撞擊的自然過(guò)程,該種方法在該問(wèn)題的研究上具有一定可用性。通過(guò)對(duì)不同情況的模擬,初步探討了不同情況下冰雹撞擊的特點(diǎn)、規(guī)律,從而為進(jìn)一步的設(shè)計(jì)研究提供了有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:In this century, the climate is characterized by frequent extreme weather on a global scale. At the same time, the aviation industry has made great progress in higher speed and more flights, due to the poor weather conditions caused by flight delays and frequent flight accidents. Among them, hail impact has become a new problem threatening the flight safety of aerospace vehicles. At present, domestic hail impact engineering experiments and related computer simulation are in the initial stage. With the advantages of low cost and high efficiency, the finite element simulation of hail impact using Abaqus software is the current collision prevention. One of the key research directions of collision design. In this paper, the hailstorm events of nearly 50 years have been counted, the characteristics of hailstorm impact accidents have been summarized, and the different ways to study this problem at the present stage have been summarized. On this basis, the finite element simulation method based on Abaqus software has been put forward. In this paper, the components and operation flow of Abaqus software are introduced. The theory of elastoplasticity, elastoplastic dynamics, contact-collision, numerical solution and its application in Abaqus software are described in detail. The mechanical properties of hail materials are studied. The definition of hail material model at high strain rate is summarized, and the hail constitutive model and separation criterion in Abaqus software virtual environment are summarized. The simulated hail with different particle size, different velocity, different incidence angle and different centrifugal rate was simulated, and the calculated results were compared with the experimental results. The comparison of the experimental results shows that the finite element simulation method based on Abaqus can well show the natural process of hail impact, and this method is useful in the study of this problem. Through the simulation of different conditions, the characteristics and rules of hail impact under different conditions are discussed preliminarily, which provides a valuable reference for further design research.
