綜放工作面采空區(qū)自燃危險區(qū)域監(jiān)測技術(shù)及應用研究

【摘要】:基于綜放采空區(qū)自然發(fā)火隱蔽高溫區(qū)難以識別的問題,提出了分布式光纖溫度探測技術(shù)監(jiān)測火源高溫點以及井下近距離抽氣束管探測技術(shù)監(jiān)測氣體異常點。根據(jù)綜放工作面采空區(qū)遺煤分布特征及漏風規(guī)律,布置符合現(xiàn)場實際情況的溫度及氣體測點,現(xiàn)場研究了采空區(qū)內(nèi)不同時期分布式光纖測溫監(jiān)測的溫度,通過三維繪圖軟件繪制出采空區(qū)溫度場分布規(guī)律,研究了采空區(qū)內(nèi)O_2及CO分布情況。結(jié)果表明:光纖測溫結(jié)合近距離束管抽氣的監(jiān)測結(jié)果符合煤氧復合機理及采空區(qū)漏風規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Based on the problem that it is difficult to identify the spontaneous combustion covert high temperature area in fully mechanized caving area, the distributed optical fiber temperature detection technology is proposed to monitor the high temperature point of the fire source and the technology of detecting the gas anomaly by the short distance pumping tube in the underground. According to the distribution characteristics and air leakage law of coal in goaf of fully mechanized caving face, the temperature and gas measuring points which accord with the actual situation in the field are arranged, and the temperature of distributed optical fiber temperature monitoring in different periods in goaf is studied on the spot. The distribution law of temperature field in goaf was plotted by 3D drawing software, and the distribution of O _ 2 and CO in goaf was studied. The results show that the monitoring results of optical fiber temperature measurement combined with short distance beam tube air extraction accord with the compound mechanism of coal and oxygen and the rule of air leakage in goaf.
