充填綜采面防止突水潰砂機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:煤炭資源屬于不可再生資源,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,煤炭資源不斷被大量消耗,能源矛盾日益突出,如何提高資源回收率已成為亟需解決的問(wèn)題。近些年,,煤礦安全事故頻發(fā),其中水災(zāi)害事故占有較大比重,對(duì)礦工的生命安全造成巨大威脅,給國(guó)家財(cái)產(chǎn)帶來(lái)較大損失,且破壞了礦區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境。 充填開(kāi)采方法是近年來(lái)剛剛興起的綠色開(kāi)采技術(shù),充填開(kāi)采的優(yōu)勢(shì)主要體現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面,既能解決煤炭資源回收率低的問(wèn)題,還能有效防止突水潰砂事故的發(fā)生,提高資源回收率和開(kāi)采安全系數(shù)。因此具有廣闊的發(fā)展應(yīng)用前景。 論文介紹了充填開(kāi)采技術(shù)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、存在的問(wèn)題及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)后,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了目前我國(guó)正在實(shí)施的幾種充填開(kāi)采方法的工藝技術(shù)特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了充填開(kāi)采領(lǐng)域的理論體系發(fā)展概況。以五溝煤礦含水層下CT101充填開(kāi)采工作面地質(zhì)開(kāi)采條件為工程背景,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)的手段,得到充填工作面上覆巖石的基本力學(xué)參數(shù)、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)以及充填材料的力學(xué)性能,分析了充填工作面上覆巖層的阻水性能和滲透性能;綜合運(yùn)用數(shù)值模擬、理論計(jì)算和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)等方法手段,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析充填開(kāi)采方式和傳統(tǒng)的垮落法開(kāi)采方式兩種不同開(kāi)采方式對(duì)覆巖應(yīng)力、位移和塑性區(qū)范圍的影響,得出研究結(jié)論。分析結(jié)果表明:充填開(kāi)采能夠有效降低垮落帶、裂隙帶和彎曲下沉帶的高度,有效防止突水潰砂事故的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:The coal resources belong to the non-renewable resources. With the development of economy, the coal resources are constantly consumed and the contradiction of energy is becoming more and more serious. How to improve the recovery rate of coal resources has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently. In recent years, coal mine safety accidents occur frequently, in which water disaster accidents account for a large proportion, which pose a great threat to the safety of miners, bring great losses to national property, and destroy the ecological environment of mining areas. Filling mining method is a green mining technology which has just emerged in recent years. The advantages of filling mining are mainly reflected in two aspects. It can not only solve the problem of low recovery rate of coal resources, but also effectively prevent the occurrence of water bursting and sand bursting accident. Improve the recovery of resources and mining safety factor. Therefore, it has a broad prospect of development and application. This paper introduces the development of filling mining technology at home and abroad, the existing problems and development trends, and briefly introduces the technological characteristics of several filling mining methods that are being implemented in our country at present. The development of theoretical system in the field of filling mining is summarized. Taking the geological mining conditions of CT101 filling mining face under the aquifer of Wugou coal mine as engineering background, the basic mechanical parameters, microstructure and mechanical properties of filling materials are obtained by means of experiments. In this paper, the water resistance and permeability of overlying strata on the filling face are analyzed, and the methods of numerical simulation, theoretical calculation and field measurement are used synthetically. By comparing and analyzing the influence of two different mining methods on overburden stress, displacement and plastic zone, the research conclusions are drawn. The results show that filling mining can effectively reduce the height of collapse zone, fracture zone and bending subsidence zone, and effectively prevent the occurrence of water inrush and sand bursting accident.
