巨災風險大數(shù)據(jù)處理應急分類、分解、分揀算法與應用

【摘要】:本文主要研究巨災風險大數(shù)據(jù)處理的應急分類、分解、分揀算法,給出了相應的算法原理和可操作的步驟.首先根據(jù)巨災風險大數(shù)據(jù)災害規(guī)模巨大的特征,提出了一種用來解決巨災風險大數(shù)據(jù)中一級事件的應急分類與二級事件及以下更低級事件的應急分解算法,并以特大地震災害作為實例進行了算法應用.接著定義了事故災難度,用來對巨災風險大數(shù)據(jù)處理過程中,對各種級別的事故災難后果進行不同的數(shù)字標識.然后提出一種用來解決巨災風險中大數(shù)據(jù)快速處理的應急分揀算法,并在汶川地震中大規(guī)模災害的應急救援計劃中進行應用.經(jīng)過采用這樣的應急分揀原理,就可以在面對巨災風險大數(shù)據(jù)的復雜、繁多和零亂的重災事件狀態(tài)下,使整個應急救援方案優(yōu)化,并能夠有條不紊地進行救援.
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the emergency classification, decomposition and sorting algorithm of big data processing of catastrophe risk, and gives the corresponding algorithm principle and operational steps. Firstly, according to the large scale of catastrophe risk big data disaster, an emergency decomposition algorithm is proposed to solve the emergency classification of first-level events in catastrophe risk big data and the second-level events and the lower level events. The application of the algorithm is carried out by taking the earthquake disaster as an example. Then, the degree of accident disaster is defined, which is used to identify the consequences of various levels of accidents and disasters in the process of dealing with catastrophe risk in big data. Then an emergency sorting algorithm is proposed to deal with the large data in the disaster risk, and it is applied to the emergency rescue plan of the large-scale disaster in Wenchuan earthquake. By adopting this principle of emergency sorting, the whole emergency rescue scheme can be optimized and the rescue can be carried out methodically in the face of the complex, numerous and chaotic state of big data.
