【摘要】：在設(shè)計(jì)與改裝“高壓水載荷下瓦斯?jié)B流實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置”以及采用“二次成型法”成功制取原煤煤樣試件的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)煤樣試件高壓水載荷下的破裂過程及壓裂前后的滲透率變化進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。分析了兩種典型原煤煤樣試件(原生結(jié)構(gòu)煤及構(gòu)造軟煤)的破裂過程、水壓臨界條件以及高壓水加載前后的瓦斯?jié)B流規(guī)律；采用該試驗(yàn)裝置得出壓裂過程中煤樣試件的裂隙起裂、延展與加載軸壓、圍壓的關(guān)系；設(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)穿層鉆孔(一個(gè)壓裂對(duì)象為構(gòu)造軟煤，另外一個(gè)為軟煤的堅(jiān)硬頂板)的壓裂方案，并在淮北礦業(yè)(集團(tuán))有限責(zé)任公司臨煥煤礦進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)考察，采用壓裂后鉆孔瓦斯抽采濃度與流量等指標(biāo)考察壓裂效果。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，水力壓裂對(duì)松軟煤層而言效果甚微，進(jìn)一步印證了實(shí)驗(yàn)室結(jié)論。針對(duì)這一問題，，論文提出了對(duì)松軟煤層的堅(jiān)硬頂板進(jìn)行壓裂以達(dá)到對(duì)該煤層卸壓增透的目的�，F(xiàn)場結(jié)果表明“松軟煤層頂板致裂”能大幅增加松軟煤層的滲透率，大大提高瓦斯抽放效果。
[Abstract]:Based on the design and modification of the "gas seepage experimental device under high pressure water load" and the successful preparation of raw coal samples by "secondary molding method", The fracture process and permeability change before and after fracturing of coal samples under high pressure water loading were studied experimentally. The fracture process of two typical raw coal samples (primary structural coal and tectonic soft coal), the critical condition of water pressure and the law of gas seepage before and after high pressure water loading are analyzed. The relationship between fracture initiation, extension and loading axial pressure and confining pressure of coal sample specimen during fracturing is obtained by using this test device, and two drilling holes are designed (one is structural soft coal, the other is structural soft coal). The other is the hard roof of soft coal, and the field test investigation was carried out in Linhuan Coal Mine of Huaibei Mining (Group) Co., Ltd., and the fracturing effect was investigated by using the indexes of gas extraction concentration and flow rate of borehole after fracturing. The test results show that hydraulic fracturing has little effect on soft coal seams, which further confirms the laboratory conclusion. Aiming at this problem, the paper puts forward fracturing the hard roof of soft coal seam to achieve the purpose of relieving pressure and antireflection. The field results show that "roof cracking in soft coal seam" can greatly increase the permeability of soft coal seam and greatly improve the effect of gas drainage.
