【摘要】：針對(duì)現(xiàn)有煤礦井下定向鉆進(jìn)技術(shù)與裝備存在的技術(shù)問題,提出采用ZDY12000LD大功率定向鉆機(jī)、泥漿脈沖無線隨鉆測量系統(tǒng)、配套鉆具及復(fù)合定向鉆進(jìn)工藝進(jìn)行煤礦井下定向鉆進(jìn)。結(jié)合現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn),完成了主孔深度1 881 m的定向長鉆孔,驗(yàn)證了ZDY12000LD鉆機(jī)功率大、鉆進(jìn)及事故處理能力強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。同時(shí),無線隨鉆測量系統(tǒng)測量精度高;配套復(fù)合定向鉆進(jìn)技術(shù)形成的鉆孔孔壁光滑,沉渣少,鉆孔曲率小,鉆進(jìn)效率高。說明上述鉆進(jìn)技術(shù)與裝備可滿足水平定向長深鉆孔等的施工要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the technical problems existing in the existing directional drilling technology and equipment in coal mine, it is proposed to use ZDY12000LD high power directional drilling rig, mud pulse wireless while drilling measurement system, matching drilling tools and compound directional drilling technology to carry out directional drilling in coal mine. Combined with field test, the directional long hole with a depth of 1881 m was completed, and the characteristics of ZDY12000LD drilling machine with high power and strong ability of drilling and accident handling were verified. At the same time, the measurement accuracy of wireless while drilling measurement system is high, and the borehole wall is smooth, the sediment is less, the borehole curvature is small and the drilling efficiency is high. The above drilling technology and equipment can meet the construction requirements of horizontal directional long depth drilling and so on.
