瓦斯放散初速度測定儀校準(zhǔn)技術(shù)及裝置研究

【摘要】:瓦斯放散初速度是預(yù)測煤與瓦斯突出危險(xiǎn)性的重要指標(biāo)之一,能否準(zhǔn)確測定該指標(biāo)對煤礦安全生產(chǎn)具有重要的意義。從該指標(biāo)提出至今,國內(nèi)的學(xué)者已研制出了多種瓦斯放散初速度測定儀,但在測定儀校準(zhǔn)方面未有學(xué)者進(jìn)行過相關(guān)研究。因此,為確保測定儀在經(jīng)過長期使用后仍具有極好的可靠性和準(zhǔn)確性,本文對瓦斯放散初速度測定儀的校準(zhǔn)技術(shù)與裝置進(jìn)行了研究。首先對瓦斯放散初速度的影響因素進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析。通過對變?nèi)葑儔菏胶偷热葑儔菏絻煞N測定儀的影響因素分析,結(jié)合瓦斯放散規(guī)律的研究,得出瓦斯放散初速度指標(biāo)不僅與煤樣自身特性有關(guān),還與充氣壓力、所測煤樣的質(zhì)量、測定儀的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)及實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度等因素有關(guān)。其次根據(jù)《煤的瓦斯放散初速度指標(biāo)(ΔP)測定方法》(AQ1080-2009)中的相關(guān)說明,確定了校準(zhǔn)裝置依照等容變壓式原理進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),各組成部分也按照該行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對相關(guān)參數(shù)的要求進(jìn)行制作。經(jīng)過固定空間體積標(biāo)定、氣密性檢測、可靠性及不確定度分析后,得到了一臺(tái)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的、可靠的校準(zhǔn)裝置。然后在實(shí)際校準(zhǔn)過程中我們發(fā)現(xiàn)3.5g的煤樣無法裝入行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所要求的5ml的試樣瓶中,通過碎脹性實(shí)驗(yàn)分析了原因。并通過測定5ml試樣瓶可以容納質(zhì)量的煤的瓦斯放散初速度,推算出了3.5g煤的瓦斯放散初速度,再將推算結(jié)果和7ml試樣瓶實(shí)測3.5g煤的瓦斯放散初速度值進(jìn)行比較,為校準(zhǔn)裝置選擇了合理的試樣瓶容積。此外還設(shè)計(jì)了恒溫實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),選取了多個(gè)溫度點(diǎn)和多個(gè)煤樣,分析了溫度對測定瓦斯放散初速度的影響,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)可以看出,要實(shí)現(xiàn)對測定儀的準(zhǔn)確校準(zhǔn),就必須保證校準(zhǔn)裝置和測定儀在同一溫度條件下測定相同煤樣的瓦斯放散初速度,此外,實(shí)驗(yàn)室的測定溫度應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際取樣煤層的溫度來確定,使所測結(jié)果更具指導(dǎo)意義。最后利用研制的校準(zhǔn)裝置對實(shí)驗(yàn)室現(xiàn)有的WT-1型瓦斯放散初速度測定儀進(jìn)行了校準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。
[Abstract]:The initial velocity of gas release is one of the important indexes to predict the danger of coal and gas outburst. Since this index was put forward, domestic scholars have developed a variety of initial velocity measuring instruments for gas release, but no scholars have carried out relevant research on calibration of the instrument. Therefore, in order to ensure that the instrument still has excellent reliability and accuracy after a long period of service, this paper studies the calibration technology and equipment of the initial velocity meter for gas release. First of all, the influence factors of the initial velocity of gas release are analyzed. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the two kinds of measuring instruments, the variable volume pressure type and the isovolumic pressure type, combined with the study of the law of gas release, it is concluded that the initial velocity index of gas release is not only related to the characteristics of coal sample itself, but also related to the gas pressure and the quality of the coal sample measured. The design parameters and experimental temperature of the instrument are related. Secondly, according to the related explanation in the determination method of initial velocity of coal gas release (螖 P) (AQ1080-2009), it is determined that the calibration device is designed according to the principle of isovolumic pressure variation, and each component is also made according to the requirements of the relevant parameters in the industry standard. After fixed space volume calibration, air tightness detection, reliability and uncertainty analysis, a standard and reliable calibration device is obtained. Then in the actual calibration process we found that the 3.5 g coal sample could not be loaded into the 5ml sample bottle required by the industry standard. The cause was analyzed by the dilatancy experiment. The initial velocity of gas emission of 3.5 g coal is calculated by measuring the initial velocity of gas emission of coal which can hold mass in 5ml sample bottle, and the calculated results are compared with the initial velocity value of gas emission of 3.5 g coal measured in 7ml sample bottle. The reasonable volume of the sample bottle is selected for the calibration device. In addition, a constant temperature experimental platform is designed, and several temperature points and coal samples are selected, and the influence of temperature on the initial velocity of gas release is analyzed. It can be seen from the experiment that the accurate calibration of the measuring instrument should be realized. It is necessary to ensure that the initial velocity of gas emission of the same coal sample can be measured by the calibration device and the measuring instrument under the same temperature condition. In addition, the temperature measured in the laboratory should be determined according to the temperature of the actual sampling coal seam, so that the measured results are more instructive. At last, the calibration experiment of WT-1 initial velocity measuring instrument for gas emission is carried out by using the calibration device developed in this paper.
