【摘要】：為促進(jìn)運(yùn)籌學(xué)在安全科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,進(jìn)一步完善安全科學(xué)的學(xué)科體系,基于安全科學(xué)、運(yùn)籌學(xué)、系統(tǒng)科學(xué)等理論,提出安全運(yùn)籌學(xué)的定義,并分析其內(nèi)涵。以安全運(yùn)籌學(xué)為學(xué)科基礎(chǔ),從理論、應(yīng)用學(xué)科、應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域等視角,構(gòu)建安全運(yùn)籌學(xué)的主要學(xué)科分支。在此基礎(chǔ)上,給出安全運(yùn)籌學(xué)的一般研究程序,并分析其應(yīng)用前景。結(jié)果表明:安全運(yùn)籌學(xué)是以解決安全問題為著眼點(diǎn),以運(yùn)籌學(xué)理論為基本內(nèi)涵,用最優(yōu)化的方法解決安全運(yùn)籌問題的交叉性學(xué)科,其研究內(nèi)容豐富,發(fā)展前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the application of operational research in the field of safety science, and further improve the discipline system of safety science, based on the theories of safety science, operational research and systems science, the definition and connotation of safety operation research are put forward. On the basis of security operational research, the main branch of security operational research is constructed from the perspectives of theory, applied discipline and application field. On this basis, the general research program of security operational research is given, and its application prospect is analyzed. The results show that safety operational research is an interdisciplinary subject, which focuses on solving safety problems, takes the theory of operational research as the basic connotation, and solves safety operational problems by the optimization method. The research contents are rich and the development prospect is broad.
