新型永磁定位自適應(yīng)氣囊外封堵裝置設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著流程工業(yè)的發(fā)展,危險化學(xué)物料在儲運(yùn)過程中的泄漏事故頻發(fā),對漏點(diǎn)實(shí)施快速有效的處理處置至關(guān)重要;诖笮凸艿篮蛢藓缚p處復(fù)雜曲面區(qū)域的泄漏難以封堵的難題,提出一種采用永磁機(jī)構(gòu)快速定位,并結(jié)合自適應(yīng)氣囊和導(dǎo)流泄壓通道的快速封堵裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)了大曲率半徑復(fù)雜曲面漏點(diǎn)的自適應(yīng)應(yīng)急封堵。通過分別建立柔性氣囊封堵方法和常規(guī)頂壓式封堵方法的有限元模型,對兩種方法在大型儲罐焊縫處漏點(diǎn)周圍密封接觸面的壓力分布情況進(jìn)行仿真分析。結(jié)果表明:采用柔性氣囊封堵方法實(shí)施應(yīng)急封堵處理時,在漏點(diǎn)周圍形成較理想的均壓接觸區(qū)域,可以有效減少常規(guī)頂壓封堵方法中橡膠因局部形變而導(dǎo)致的應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象,具有較好的曲面封堵自適應(yīng)性能,增強(qiáng)了應(yīng)急封堵的穩(wěn)定性與可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the development of process industry, leakage accidents of hazardous chemical materials occur frequently during storage and transportation, so it is very important to deal with leakage points quickly and effectively. Based on the difficulty of sealing the leakage in the complex curved surface area of the weld seam of large pipeline and storage tank, a fast sealing device using permanent magnet mechanism is proposed, which combines adaptive airbag and flow drain channel. Adaptive emergency plugging of complex surface leakage points with large curvature radius is realized. By establishing the finite element models of the flexible airbag sealing method and the conventional top pressure plugging method, the pressure distribution of the sealing contact surface around the leakage point at the weld seam of the large storage tank is simulated and analyzed. The results show that when the flexible airbag plugging method is used to implement the emergency plugging treatment, an ideal uniform pressure contact area can be formed around the leakage point, which can effectively reduce the stress concentration caused by the local deformation of rubber in the conventional top pressure plugging method. It has better adaptive performance of surface plugging and enhances the stability and reliability of emergency plugging.
