【摘要】:陜西渭河煤化工集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司,是陜西省“八五”時期建設(shè)的大型化工企業(yè),是我國現(xiàn)代煤化工發(fā)展和新一代煤氣化技術(shù)應(yīng)用的先行企業(yè)。渭化集團(tuán)一期供排水裝置1995年3月建成并投入運行,是使用了近20年的以手動為主的控制系統(tǒng)。儀器、儀表及設(shè)備都比較陳舊,各種設(shè)備的維護(hù)費用也比較高,由此,給安全生產(chǎn)帶來了較大的隱患,同時廢水處理各個崗位布局戰(zhàn)線長、分散廣,落后的信息收集和傳遞方式,給生產(chǎn)管理的決策造成了極為不便,嚴(yán)重制約了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)及發(fā)展,因此采用計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及控技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的升級改造十分迫切和必要。 應(yīng)用DCS技術(shù),對渭化集團(tuán)一期供排水裝置控制系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行技術(shù)改進(jìn)和實現(xiàn)。結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實際,對循環(huán)水冷卻塔池液位調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng),采用分程控制原理;對循環(huán)水總磷含量監(jiān)測裝置,采用自調(diào)整模糊PID控制原理;對冷卻塔風(fēng)機(jī)動力系統(tǒng),應(yīng)用水輪機(jī)取代了電動機(jī)驅(qū)動風(fēng)機(jī)。上述技術(shù)改進(jìn),不僅提升了供排水裝置的自動化水平,保證了供排水裝置的平穩(wěn)運行;而且可以將工藝運行數(shù)據(jù)實時上傳至生產(chǎn)調(diào)度中心,給生產(chǎn)管理部門的正確決策提供了準(zhǔn)確的、在線的、實時的信息和數(shù)據(jù);大大地提升集團(tuán)公司的整體技術(shù)水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 對一期供排水裝置的DCS技術(shù)改進(jìn)和實現(xiàn),符合我國和陜西省以及渭南市的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策,有利于在傳統(tǒng)的化工領(lǐng)域,應(yīng)用和推廣高新技術(shù)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化,對于建立和諧社會和保護(hù)環(huán)境都具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Shaanxi Weihe Coal Chemical Group Co., Ltd. is a large chemical enterprise built in the eighth Five-Year Plan period of Shaanxi Province. It is also a leading enterprise in the development of modern coal chemical industry and the application of new generation coal gasification technology in China. The first stage water supply and drainage device of Weihua Group was built and put into operation in March 1995. It is a manual control system which has been used for nearly 20 years. Instruments, instruments and equipment are all relatively old, and the maintenance costs of various equipment are also relatively high. As a result, it has brought great hidden dangers to safety in production. At the same time, the waste water treatment has a long line of distribution and is widely dispersed in various posts. The backward way of information collection and transmission has caused great inconvenience to the decision of production management and seriously restricted the production and development of enterprises. Therefore, it is very urgent and necessary to adopt computer network and control technology to upgrade and transform the system. Using DCS technology, the control system of water supply and drainage device in Weihua Group is improved and realized. Combined with the production practice, the principle of fractional control is adopted for the liquid level regulation system of circulating water cooling tower pool, the self-adjusting fuzzy pid control principle is used for the monitoring device of total phosphorus content of circulating water, and the fan power system of cooling tower is used. The hydraulic turbine is used to replace the motor driven fan. The above technical improvement not only improves the automation level of the water supply and drainage device, but also ensures the smooth operation of the water supply and drainage device, and can upload the process operation data to the production dispatch center in real time. It provides accurate, online and real-time information and data for the right decision of the production management department, and greatly improves the overall technical level and economic efficiency of the group company. The improvement and implementation of DCS technology for the first stage of water supply and drainage plant is in line with the industrial development policies of China, Shaanxi Province and Weinan City, and is conducive to the application and promotion of the industrialization of high and new technology in the traditional chemical industry. For the establishment of a harmonious society and the protection of the environment has a very important significance.
