銅川照金地區(qū)中小煤礦自燃規(guī)律及防治技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:銅川照金地區(qū)煤炭資源豐富,煤礦數(shù)量較多,絕大多數(shù)為中小型煤礦。該地區(qū)各開采煤層均賦存有瓦斯,局部區(qū)域煤層瓦斯含量還比較高,并且各煤層都屬于自燃或容易自燃煤層。照金地區(qū)中小型煤礦自燃火災(zāi)事故多發(fā),并引起多起瓦斯爆炸事故,造成重大人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。開展照金地區(qū)中小煤礦煤層自燃規(guī)律及防治技術(shù)研究對(duì)保障區(qū)內(nèi)煤礦安全生產(chǎn)意義重大。 本文開展了銅川照金地區(qū)4-2煤層煤樣自燃性程序升溫實(shí)驗(yàn),測(cè)試了不同粒度煤樣在不同溫度下的耗氧特性、CO、CO2、C2H4、C2H6等氣體產(chǎn)生規(guī)律,分析了不同粒度煤樣的自燃特性參數(shù),建立了CO2/CO和C2H4為主的煤層自燃預(yù)報(bào)指標(biāo)氣體體系,為自燃監(jiān)測(cè)和早期預(yù)報(bào)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。通過對(duì)銅川照金地區(qū)實(shí)際情況調(diào)查研究,得到了照金地區(qū)中小煤礦開采條件下,富含瓦斯的易燃煤層自然發(fā)火的特點(diǎn)及規(guī)律,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有各種礦井防滅火技術(shù)的術(shù)的特點(diǎn),提出了包括礦井火災(zāi)監(jiān)測(cè),礦井日常防滅火、煤層自燃應(yīng)急防控等針對(duì)性的防滅火技術(shù)措施和管理方案。在照金秀房溝、白石崖等煤礦進(jìn)行應(yīng)用該技術(shù)方案,有效的預(yù)防了煤層自燃,成功地處理了局部突發(fā)性煤層火災(zāi),保障了煤礦安全生產(chǎn),說明該方案針對(duì)性強(qiáng),滿足了照金礦區(qū)煤層自燃防治需要。
[Abstract]:Tongchuan Zhaojin area is rich in coal resources, the number of coal mines is more, most of them are small and medium coal mines. There is gas in every coal seam in this area, the gas content in local coal seam is relatively high, and each coal seam belongs to spontaneous combustion or easy spontaneous combustion coal seam. There are many spontaneous fire accidents and many gas explosion accidents in small and medium-sized coal mines in Zhaojin area, resulting in heavy casualties and property losses. It is of great significance to study the spontaneous combustion law and prevention technology of coal seam in Zhaojin area to ensure the safety of coal production in this area. In this paper, the temperature programmed test of spontaneous combustion of coal samples in coal seam 4-2 in Zhaojin area of Tongchuan is carried out. The oxygen consumption characteristics of coal samples of different sizes are tested and the gas production laws such as CO _ (CO _ 2CO _ 2) C _ 2H _ 4H _ 4C _ 2H _ 6 are measured, and the parameters of spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal samples of different sizes are analyzed. The index gas system of CO _ 2 / CO and C _ 2H _ 4 for coal seam spontaneous combustion prediction is established, which lays a foundation for self-combustion monitoring and early prediction. Based on the investigation and study of the actual situation in Zhaojin area of Tongchuan, the characteristics and rules of spontaneous combustion of gas-rich flammable coal seam under the condition of mining medium and small coal mines in Zhaojin area are obtained, and combined with the characteristics of various existing technologies for preventing and extinguishing fire in coal mines. The technical measures and management schemes are put forward including mine fire monitoring, mine daily fire prevention and control, coal seam spontaneous combustion emergency prevention and control and so on. In the coal mines such as Jinxiu Fanggou, Baishiya and other coal mines, the technical scheme is applied to effectively prevent spontaneous combustion of coal seam, successfully deal with the local sudden coal seam fire, and ensure the safety of coal mine production, which shows that the scheme has strong pertinence. It meets the need of spontaneous combustion prevention of coal seam in Zhaojin mine area.
