一種新的碰撞耗散能快速估算方法及其在船—平臺碰撞事故中的應(yīng)用研究(英文)

【摘要】:海洋平臺在作業(yè)過程中存在遭受船舶碰撞的潛在危險,一旦事故發(fā)生將可能導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷從而影響平臺的作業(yè)安全,因此在平臺結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計階段需要考慮其抗撞性能。文章以海洋供應(yīng)船撞擊半潛式鉆井平臺為研究對象,基于碰撞外部動力學(xué)理論和DNV規(guī)范計算方法,計及平臺艏搖運動響應(yīng)的影響,提出了一種新的耗散能估算方法-DNV`R解析法。以非線性有限元船-平臺碰撞數(shù)值仿真結(jié)果為參考,將該解析法與規(guī)范法、Zhang解析法及Liu解析法計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,研究得出:文中所提出的DNV`R解析法彌補(bǔ)了規(guī)范法較為保守且僅適用于對心碰撞場景的不足,計算過程簡單、便捷,且計算精度與Zhang解析法和Liu解析法基本接近,能夠滿足船-平臺碰撞耗散能快速估算的精度要求。
[Abstract]:The offshore platform has the potential danger of collision in the course of operation. Once the accident occurs, it may lead to serious damage to the structure and affect the operational safety of the platform. Therefore, the anti-collision performance of the platform structure should be considered in the design phase of the platform structure. Based on the collision external dynamics theory and the DNV code calculation method, a new dissipative energy estimation method, DNV`R analytical method, is proposed in this paper, taking into account the effect of the platform bow motion response on the semi-submersible drilling platform impacted by an ocean supply ship. Based on the numerical simulation results of nonlinear finite element ship-platform collision, the analytical results are compared with those of Zhang analytical method and Liu analytical method. The results show that the DNV`R analytical method proposed in this paper makes up for the shortcomings of the criterion method, which is conservative and only applicable to the collision scene, and the calculation process is simple and convenient, and the calculation accuracy is close to that of Zhang analytic method and Liu analytical method. It can meet the accuracy requirement of fast estimation of dissipative energy of ship-platform collision.
