鐵路隧道限界檢測軟件的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:鐵路隧道超限時有發(fā)生,及時準(zhǔn)確的掌握隧道限界尺寸變化是保障鐵路行車安全的關(guān)鍵,具有重要意義。目前我國現(xiàn)有的檢測設(shè)備費力、費時而且檢測精度不高,在一定程度上制約了鐵路運輸事業(yè)的發(fā)展,因此動態(tài)下高精度、自動化檢測成為當(dāng)前研究的重點。檢測軟件作為隧道斷面數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理及分析的工具,是檢測系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。本文設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一套鐵路隧道限界檢測軟件系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了隧道斷面數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理與分析功能,提高了檢測效率。本文工作主要分為以下兩個部分:(1)設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了鐵路隧道限界檢測軟件系統(tǒng),提高了限界檢測的自動化水平。首先,針對隧道種類繁多、檢測時干擾眾多的情況,結(jié)合當(dāng)前成熟的檢測技術(shù)對檢測軟件進行了詳細的需求分析,并給出了軟件的設(shè)計目標(biāo);其次,利用結(jié)構(gòu)化分析和設(shè)計方法,完成了檢測軟件系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計;最后,基于軟件系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計,對部分子模塊進行詳細的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),并對軟件進行了相關(guān)測試。(2)針對軟件實現(xiàn)過程中制約軟件處理效率的問題,提出了切實可行的解決方案。對于圖像處理中計算量大、處理耗時較長的問題,采用多線程技術(shù)來提高處理速度;對于軟件系統(tǒng)中大量小文件讀取與存儲效率低下的問題,采用軟硬件結(jié)合的方式對存儲系統(tǒng)進行優(yōu)化,科學(xué)高效的管理數(shù)據(jù)。目前,本文設(shè)計開發(fā)的軟件已投入試運行,經(jīng)過實際使用,檢測軟件不僅各項功能指標(biāo)達到設(shè)計要求,而且具有良好的人機交互體驗,受到用戶好評。
[Abstract]:The railway tunnel overruns occur from time to time. It is the key to ensure the safety of railway operation to grasp the change of the tunnel boundary size in time and accurately, which is of great significance. At present, the existing testing equipment in our country is laborious, time-consuming and low precision, which restricts the development of railway transportation to a certain extent. Therefore, dynamic high precision and automatic detection become the focus of current research. As a tool for collecting, processing and analyzing tunnel section data, the detection software is an important part of the detection system. In this paper, a software system of railway tunnel boundary detection is designed and implemented. The system realizes the function of collecting, processing and analyzing the tunnel section data, and improves the efficiency of detection. This paper is divided into the following two parts: 1) the software system of railway tunnel boundary detection is designed and implemented, and the automation level of the detection is improved. First of all, in view of the numerous tunnel types and the numerous interference in detection, combined with the current mature detection technology, the requirements of the detection software are analyzed in detail, and the design objectives of the software are given. Finally, based on the overall design of the software system, some sub-modules are designed and implemented in detail. In order to solve the problem of restricting the efficiency of software processing in the process of software implementation, a feasible solution is put forward. For the problem of large computation and long processing time in image processing, multithreading technology is adopted to improve the processing speed, and the efficiency of reading and storing a large number of small files in software system is low. The storage system is optimized by the combination of software and hardware, and the data is managed scientifically and efficiently. At present, the software designed and developed in this paper has been put into trial operation. After practical use, the testing software not only meets the design requirements, but also has a good human-computer interaction experience, which is well received by users.
