棗泉煤礦綜放面自然發(fā)火防治研究

【摘要】:近些年來,綜放面易自燃煤層在回采過程中發(fā)生火災的次數(shù)明顯增多,礦井火災嚴重的影響了煤礦的正常生產(chǎn)。神寧煤業(yè)有限公司棗泉煤礦2煤屬于易自燃煤層,具有自燃傾向性。準確測定采空區(qū)煤層自燃“三帶”,給出工作面回采最小安全推進速度,掌握綜放面煤層自然發(fā)火規(guī)律,對棗泉礦的正常生產(chǎn)具有重要的意義。 論文采用理論分析和數(shù)值模擬以及現(xiàn)場測定相結(jié)合的方法,對棗泉煤礦12207綜放面易自燃煤層安全回采技術做了一定的研究。分析了棗泉煤礦綜放面易自燃煤層采空區(qū)遺煤自然發(fā)火的影響因素,歸納總結(jié)出了棗泉煤礦綜放面自燃煤層采空區(qū)自然發(fā)火的原因。通過計算機模擬,確定采空區(qū)“三帶”分布范圍,并模擬了在優(yōu)化風量下采空區(qū)“三帶”的變化;現(xiàn)場通過束管檢測,找出了采空區(qū)自燃“三帶”,提出工作面安全回采的最小推進速度,并把測定結(jié)果與計算機模擬進行了比較,得出了模擬結(jié)果和測定結(jié)果基本是一致的。最后給出了棗泉煤礦易自燃煤層安全回采防治技術措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequency of spontaneous combustion coal seam fire in the mining process of fully mechanized caving face has increased obviously, and the mine fire has seriously affected the normal production of coal mine. Zaoquan Coal Mine, Shenning Coal Industry Co., Ltd., belongs to spontaneous combustion coal seam and has the tendency of spontaneous combustion. It is of great significance to determine accurately the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion of coal seam in goaf, to give the minimum safe advancing speed of mining face, and to master the law of spontaneous combustion in coal seam of fully mechanized caving face, which is of great significance to the normal production of Zaoquan Mine. By using the method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement, the safe mining technology of spontaneous combustion coal seam on the 12207 fully mechanized caving face of Zaoquan Coal Mine is studied in this paper. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf of spontaneous combustion coal seam in the fully mechanized caving face of Zaoquan Coal Mine, and sums up the reasons for the spontaneous combustion in the gob area of the fully mechanized caving face of Zaoquan Coal Mine. Through computer simulation, the distribution range of "three zones" in goaf is determined, and the variation of "three zones" in goaf under optimized air flow is simulated, and the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in goaf are found through field beam tube detection. The minimum advance speed of safe mining face is put forward, and the result of measurement is compared with that of computer simulation. The result of simulation is basically consistent with that of measurement. Finally, the technical measures of safe mining prevention and treatment of spontaneous combustion coal seam in Zaoquan Coal Mine are given.
