【摘要】：我國煤炭產(chǎn)量巨大,煤炭倉儲管理不規(guī)范,影響了煤炭產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,也容易出現(xiàn)安全事故。煤炭倉儲管理需要時刻注意環(huán)境中的溫度、濕度等信息,以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)為核心,設(shè)計溫度、濕度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)對倉儲環(huán)境的及時監(jiān)控。介紹監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu),并對其硬件結(jié)構(gòu)和軟件結(jié)構(gòu)進行詳細闡釋,分析關(guān)鍵技術(shù)原理。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)自動化程度高,使用方便,能夠提高煤炭倉儲管理質(zhì)量,有著良好的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:China's coal production is huge, coal storage management is not standardized, affecting the quality of coal products, but also prone to safety accidents. The coal storage management needs to pay attention to the information of temperature and humidity in the environment at all times, take the Internet of things as the core, design the temperature and humidity monitoring system, and realize the timely monitoring of the storage environment. This paper introduces the general structure of the monitoring system, explains the hardware and software structure in detail, and analyzes the key technical principles. The monitoring system is of high automation and convenient use. It can improve the quality of coal storage management and has a good development prospect.
