基于環(huán)境監(jiān)測的煤炭堆場智能灑水系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:提出了一種更加高效節(jié)能的基于環(huán)境監(jiān)測的采用堆棧自編碼器和模糊控制模型的智能灑水系統(tǒng)。通過無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)將環(huán)境監(jiān)測與灑水控制系統(tǒng)相連接,利用小型氣象站實現(xiàn)對堆場環(huán)境的實時監(jiān)測和預(yù)測分析,并依據(jù)環(huán)境中的風(fēng)、溫度等主要影響因素變化和趨勢,智能控制灑水裝置的開啟、關(guān)閉以及灑水量。從實際應(yīng)用效果來看,基于環(huán)境監(jiān)測的智能灑水系統(tǒng)提高了抑塵效果,降低了用水量,粉塵控制效率達到90%,水資源利用率達到86%。
[Abstract]:A more efficient and energy-saving intelligent sprinkler system using stack self encoder and fuzzy control model based on environmental monitoring is proposed. Through the wireless sensor network, the environment monitoring and sprinkler control system are connected, and the real-time monitoring and prediction analysis of the yard environment is realized by using small weather stations, and the wind and temperature in the environment are based on the wind and temperature. From the actual application effect, the intelligent sprinkler system based on environmental monitoring improves the dust suppression effect, reduces the water consumption, the dust control efficiency reaches 90%, and the water resource utilization rate reaches 86%..
