【摘要】：為了科學有效地治理中國平煤神馬集團的深部礦井瓦斯,確保礦井可持續(xù)發(fā)展,在回顧、總結(jié)、分析瓦斯防治工作歷程的基礎(chǔ)上,開展了瓦斯防治體系建設(shè)的探索,不斷提升瓦斯防治理念,按照"一礦一策、一面一策"和瓦斯分級治理的原則規(guī)劃了瓦斯防治技術(shù)路線,制定了人-財-物保障措施,細化了現(xiàn)場超前管理方法,攻克了大采長工作面"一面多巷"、極薄煤層(近全巖)保護層開采、高壓水力沖孔等瓦斯防治關(guān)鍵技術(shù),初步形成了具有集團特色的瓦斯防治體系,為集團礦井的安全高效生產(chǎn)奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ),通過該體系的建設(shè),集團煤礦瓦斯事故起數(shù)大幅下降,由"十一五"時期的15起,降至"十二五"時期的2起。
[Abstract]:In order to scientifically and effectively control the deep mine gas of China Ping Coal Shenma Group, and ensure the sustainable development of the mine, based on the review, summary and analysis of the process of gas prevention and control, the construction of the gas prevention and control system is explored. According to the principle of "one mine, one strategy" and the principle of gas control by grade, the technical route of gas prevention and control has been planned, the measures of human, financial and material security have been formulated, and the advance management method on site has been refined. The key technologies of gas prevention and control, such as "many roadways on one side", the protection layer mining of extremely thin coal seam (near the whole rock), the high pressure hydraulic punching and so on, have been overcome, and the gas prevention and control system with the characteristics of the group has been initially formed. Through the construction of this system, the number of coal mine gas accidents in the Group has dropped significantly, from 15 in the 11th Five-Year Plan period to 2 in the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
