正壓密封方法數(shù)值模擬及其在礦井防滅火中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為控制采空區(qū)火災(zāi)和防止有毒有害氣體外泄,基于礦井空氣流動理論和均壓防滅火方法,建立氣室注氮正壓控制密閉漏風(fēng)數(shù)值模型。分析氣室內(nèi)氮氣正壓對采空區(qū)密閉漏風(fēng)行為的控制規(guī)律,并以恒大煤礦2132工作面采空區(qū)火災(zāi)控制為實例進(jìn)行驗證。實例結(jié)果表明,在氣室內(nèi)連續(xù)注入的氮氣的相對正壓作用下,通風(fēng)巷道向采空區(qū)漏風(fēng)的速率迅速減小,并最終停止和反向,形成由氣室向通風(fēng)巷道微量漏氮狀態(tài);當(dāng)采空區(qū)抽采負(fù)壓在-300 Pa,瓦斯流量為30 m3/min,瓦斯體積分?jǐn)?shù)為70%時,保持氣室注氮流量0.2 m3/min、正壓15 Pa,回風(fēng)巷處采空區(qū)內(nèi)O2體積分?jǐn)?shù)在1天內(nèi)降至5%以下,C2H2在3日內(nèi)消失,C2H4在15日內(nèi)消失,CO在26日內(nèi)消失,溫度在35日后降至30℃以下,采空區(qū)火災(zāi)得到控制。
[Abstract]:In order to control the goaf fire and prevent the release of poisonous and harmful gases, a numerical model of air leakage controlled by positive nitrogen injection in gas chamber is established based on the theory of mine air flow and the method of equal pressure and fire extinguishing. This paper analyzes the control law of positive nitrogen pressure in gas chamber on the behavior of airtight air leakage in goaf, and takes the fire control of goaf in 2132 face of Hengda Coal Mine as an example to verify it. The results show that under the relative positive pressure of continuously injected nitrogen in the gas chamber, the rate of air leakage from the ventilation tunnel to the goaf decreases rapidly, and finally stops and reverses, resulting in the state of trace nitrogen leakage from the gas chamber to the ventilation tunnel. When the negative pressure in the goaf is -300 Pa, the gas flow is 30 m3 / min, the gas volume fraction is 70. Keep the nitrogen injection rate in the chamber 0.2 m3 / min, positive pressure 15 Pa. the volume fraction of O2 in the goaf in the return air lane decreases within 1 day to less than 5% C _ 2H _ 2 within 3 days, and C _ 2H _ 4 disappears within 15 days and CO disappears within 26 days, and the temperature decreases to below 30 鈩,
