【摘要】：分析了綜掘巷道除塵技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀,研制了一種新型的機(jī)載除塵裝置,該裝置能實(shí)現(xiàn)位置可調(diào)和隨綜掘機(jī)掘割時(shí)前后移動(dòng)、掘割部萬向復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)。同時(shí)研究了除塵裝置的結(jié)構(gòu),使之能與綜掘機(jī)配套使用,以達(dá)到快速降塵的目的,改善綜掘工作面的作業(yè)環(huán)境。該項(xiàng)成果是綜合機(jī)械化掘進(jìn)的高效除塵裝置,可使綜掘除塵治理技術(shù)提高到新水平。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation of dust removal technology in fully mechanized roadway, and develops a new type of airborne dust removal device. The device can realize the movement of position and compound movement of the cutting part with the movement of the fully mechanized excavating machine before and after cutting. At the same time, the structure of the dust removal device is studied, which can be used in conjunction with the fully mechanized excavator in order to achieve the purpose of fast dust reduction and to improve the working environment of the fully mechanized working face. This achievement is a highly efficient dust removal device for comprehensive mechanized tunneling, which can raise the dust removal technology of fully mechanized excavation to a new level.
