細(xì)水霧抑制空運鋰電池火災(zāi)機(jī)理及自動控制研究

【摘要】:近年來鋰離子電池的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。然而鋰離子電池?zé)崾Э匾l(fā)的各類事故頻發(fā),安全問題凸顯。航空運輸中的鋰電池如果發(fā)生熱失控后果將不堪設(shè)想。因此,空運鋰電池安全問題亟待解決。本文開展不同電量、不同數(shù)量、不同排列方式的鋰電池燃燒實驗與細(xì)水霧滅火實驗,深化對鋰電池火災(zāi)的認(rèn)識,掌握誘發(fā)鋰電池?zé)崾Э氐脑颉⒎治黾?xì)水霧抑制空運鋰電池火災(zāi)機(jī)理。采用Fluent軟件與PyroSim-FDS軟件相結(jié)合的模擬方法,得出聯(lián)動探測報警溫度預(yù)設(shè)值取值和細(xì)水霧抑制實驗規(guī)模的空運鋰電池火災(zāi)推薦用水量,并基于溫度實時探測編寫了自動控制程序,構(gòu)成一套抑制空運鋰電池火災(zāi)的自動控制系統(tǒng)。研究結(jié)果表明,細(xì)水霧能夠有效抑制鋰電池火災(zāi);聯(lián)動探測報警溫度預(yù)設(shè)值取值區(qū)間為46.3℃~73.2℃;在流量4L/min、噴射速度30m/s、噴霧錐角60°的條件下細(xì)水霧抑制實驗規(guī)模的空運鋰電池火災(zāi)推薦用水量區(qū)間為243mL~591mL;運用MAX6675模塊采集以K型熱電偶為火災(zāi)探測器的信號的方法能夠?qū)崟r探測火災(zāi)中的鋰電池溫度,整套探測報警聯(lián)動噴霧的自動控制系統(tǒng)成功抑制了空運鋰電池火災(zāi)。設(shè)計的基于溫度實時探測的聯(lián)動報警噴霧自動控制系統(tǒng)有著汽化率高、用水量少和報警準(zhǔn)確等優(yōu)勢,同時實現(xiàn)了抑制空運鋰電池火災(zāi)的目的。整套系統(tǒng)可為解決空運鋰電池安全性問題提供方案參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, lithium ion batteries are more and more widely used. However, various accidents caused by thermal runaway of lithium ion batteries occur frequently, and safety problems are highlighted. Lithium batteries in the air transport if the heat out of control consequences will be unthinkable. Therefore, the safety problem of air lithium battery needs to be solved urgently. In this paper, the combustion experiment of lithium battery and the fire extinguishing experiment of fine water mist with different electric quantity, different quantity and different arrangement are carried out to deepen the understanding of lithium battery fire, and to grasp the cause of the heat runaway of lithium battery. The mechanism of water mist suppressing the fire of air lithium-ion battery is analyzed. The simulation method of combining fluent software with PyroSim-FDS software is used to get the preset value of alarm temperature for linkage detection and the recommended quantity of water mist suppression experiment scale for air lithium-ion battery fire, and an automatic control program based on real-time temperature detection is written. An automatic control system is constructed to suppress the fire of air lithium battery. The results show that the fine water mist can effectively suppress the fire of lithium battery, and the range of preset temperature for linkage detection and alarm is 46.3 鈩,
