軍民航空域安全評估中的碰撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究

【摘要】:碰撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是空域安全評估的重要內(nèi)容。為保證軍民航的安全飛行,通過對民航Event模型碰撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究,構(gòu)建了軍航訓(xùn)練空域與民航航路的碰撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)模型;根據(jù)軍航飛機(jī)的飛行特點(diǎn),建立了軍航飛機(jī)側(cè)向位置偏差概率模型;結(jié)合民航飛機(jī)的橫向位置偏差概率模型重新計(jì)算Event模型中的碰撞盒穿越間隔片頻率(GERh);選取某一戰(zhàn)術(shù)動(dòng)作對軍民側(cè)向碰撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行仿真,確定其安全間隔;通過對飛行過程中各個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)碰撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究,對空域的使用提出建議,并驗(yàn)證了理論的實(shí)用性。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)前10 km的安全間隔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并不能符合規(guī)定的安全目標(biāo)等級,至少需要再增加7 km的安全間隔才能使整個(gè)飛行過程均滿足要求。
[Abstract]:Collision risk is an important part of airspace safety assessment. In order to ensure the safe flight of military civil aviation, the collision risk model of military aviation training airspace and civil aviation route is constructed by studying the collision risk of civil aviation event model, and according to the flight characteristics of military aircraft, the collision risk model of military aviation training airspace and civil aviation route is constructed. The probability model of lateral position deviation of military aircraft is established, the probability model of lateral position deviation of civil aviation aircraft is combined with the probability model of lateral position deviation of civil aviation aircraft to recalculate the frequency of collision box traversing spacer in the event model, and a tactical action is selected to simulate the risk of military and civilian lateral collision. By studying the collision risk of each key point in flight, the paper gives some suggestions on the use of airspace, and verifies the practicability of the theory. The results show that the current safety interval standard of 10 km can not meet the specified safety target level, and the safety interval of at least 7 km should be increased to make the whole flight process meet the requirements.
