【摘要】：為使操作人員行為更安全,對組織管理失誤進(jìn)行分析,歸納為管理控制失誤、組織規(guī)程失誤、組織安全管理失誤、安全監(jiān)督失誤、教育培訓(xùn)不足5個(gè)方面,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)分析對操作人員行為安全的影響,使用AMOS軟件對模型求解。運(yùn)用直覺三角模糊數(shù)對模型中指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評價(jià)并采用TOPSIS法對不安全行為進(jìn)行排序。研究表明:管理控制和組織規(guī)程對建立安全監(jiān)督體系有正向作用;管理控制和組織規(guī)程對組織安全管理實(shí)施有正向作用;管理控制和組織規(guī)程對有教育培訓(xùn)正向作用;建立安全監(jiān)督體系、組織安全管理實(shí)施和教育培訓(xùn)對操作人員安全行為有正向作用。進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)排序有利于企業(yè)對關(guān)鍵工種提出改進(jìn)措施,提高企業(yè)效益。
[Abstract]:In order to make the operator's behavior safer, the paper analyzes the mistakes of organization and management, and concludes them into five aspects: the mistakes of management control, the mistakes of organization rules, the mistakes of organization safety management, the mistakes of safety supervision, and the deficiency of education and training. The structural equation model (SEM) is used to analyze the influence on operator's behavior safety, and Amos software is used to solve the model. Intuitionistic triangular fuzzy numbers are used to evaluate the indexes in the model and TOPSIS method is used to rank unsafe behaviors. The research shows that: management control and organization regulation have positive effect on establishing safety supervision system, management control and organization regulation have positive effect on the implementation of organization safety management, management control and organization regulation have positive effect on education and training, and management control and organization regulation have positive effect on the establishment of safety supervision system. The establishment of safety supervision system, the organization of safety management and education and training have positive effects on the safety behavior of operators. It is helpful for enterprises to put forward the improvement measures and improve the efficiency of the key jobs.
