【摘要】:本文針對保德煤礦88303工作面瓦斯涌出量預測的問題,采用分源預測的方法,對比動態(tài)分源預測法與傳統(tǒng)分源預測法預測精度,并將預測精度高的分源預測法應用到實踐中去解決煤礦安全生產(chǎn)。從自然因素和開采技術因素兩方面的詳細分析了瓦斯含量、大氣壓力的變化、回采工作面瓦斯涌出不均衡性、開采規(guī)模、開采順序、生產(chǎn)工序、配風量以及頂板冒落與回采工作面瓦斯涌出情況之間的關系。通過對采煤工作面的分析,確定了工作面瓦斯涌出來源即煤壁、落煤、采空區(qū)瓦斯涌出三部分。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場收集、整理和分析大量的實測數(shù)據(jù),總結(jié)了保德煤礦88303回采工作面瓦斯涌出時空分布規(guī)律。通過對88303工作面分源預測法中部分預測參數(shù)進行修正,分析了保德煤礦工作面推進速度與瓦斯涌出量之間的規(guī)律,基于該規(guī)律提出動態(tài)分源預測法數(shù)學模型。運用傳統(tǒng)分源預測法和動態(tài)分源預測法在保德煤礦的工作面進行效果檢驗,結(jié)果表明動態(tài)分源預測法提高了預測的精度,為本礦井接續(xù)工作面和鄰近礦井瓦斯預測工作提供可靠的科學依據(jù)和途徑。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of gas emission prediction in 88303 working face of Baode Coal Mine, this paper adopts the method of source separation prediction, and compares the accuracy of dynamic source dividing prediction method with that of traditional source dividing prediction method. The method of source separation prediction with high prediction precision is applied to solve the problem of coal mine safety in practice. From two aspects of natural factors and mining technical factors, the gas content, the change of atmospheric pressure, the unbalance of gas emission in mining face, the mining scale, the mining sequence and the production procedure are analyzed in detail. The relationship between air distribution and roof caving and gas emission in mining face. Through the analysis of the coal face, the gas emission sources of the working face are determined, that is, coal wall, coal fall and gas emission from goaf. Based on the collection, collation and analysis of a large number of measured data, the space-time distribution of gas emission in 88303 mining face of Baode Coal Mine is summarized. Based on the modification of some prediction parameters in 88303 working face, this paper analyzes the law between propelling speed and gas emission in Baode coal face, and puts forward a mathematical model of dynamic source separation forecasting method based on this law. The results show that the accuracy of the prediction is improved by using the traditional method of source separation prediction and the method of dynamic source separation prediction in the face of Baode Coal Mine, and the results show that the method of dynamic source separation prediction has improved the accuracy of the prediction. It provides a reliable scientific basis and approach for the gas prediction work of the joint face and adjacent mines in this mine.
