危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸路徑及選址問題研究

【摘要】:近些年來,工業(yè)作為中國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個支柱,發(fā)展勢頭很快。工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,經(jīng)常會使用到危險化學(xué)品,而且使用到的危險化學(xué)品的品種越來越多、數(shù)量越來越大。危險化學(xué)品是指具有毒性、易燃燒等性質(zhì),對人類和環(huán)境等有危害的化學(xué)品。危險化學(xué)品在與其相關(guān)的環(huán)節(jié),都有可能發(fā)生事故。危險化學(xué)品事故具有概率小,危害大的特點(diǎn)。旦發(fā)生事故,會給國家和人民帶來巨大的災(zāi)難。運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)是危險化學(xué)品從生產(chǎn)階段向消費(fèi)階段轉(zhuǎn)移過程中的重要一環(huán)。因此,對危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸問題進(jìn)行研究顯得尤其重要。 本文在了解危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸問題的基礎(chǔ)上,首先給出了危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸?shù)娘L(fēng)險度量和費(fèi)用度量,其中風(fēng)險度量考慮了危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸?shù)氖鹿矢怕屎陀绊懨娣e。 其次,本文考慮了危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸問題的模型和求解算法,給出了危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸問題常見模型的刻畫和求解模型的算法。 第三,本文提出了一個公路運(yùn)輸模型和一個公路-鐵路聯(lián)合運(yùn)輸模型,模型中考慮了多起點(diǎn)、多終點(diǎn)、多種類的危險化學(xué)品的運(yùn)輸。應(yīng)用常見的啟發(fā)式算法-蟻群算法進(jìn)行求解,并對兩種運(yùn)輸模式進(jìn)行比較、分析。 第四,本文提出了一個考慮時間魯棒性的雙層次應(yīng)急中心選址模型。因?yàn)檐囕v旅行時間受天氣、路況等因素影響,常會發(fā)生擾動,是時變的參數(shù)。新模型考慮了時間對應(yīng)急中心選址的影響,將時間進(jìn)行魯棒優(yōu)化。使用模擬退火算法求解新模型,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。 最后對全文做一個總結(jié),給出未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, industry as a pillar of China's national economy, the momentum of development. Hazardous chemicals are often used in industrial production, and more dangerous chemicals are used. Hazardous chemicals are toxic, flammable and harmful to human beings and the environment. Hazardous chemicals are likely to occur accidents in their related links. Hazardous chemical accidents have the characteristics of small probability and great harm. Once an accident occurs, it will bring great disaster to the country and the people. Transportation is an important link in the transfer of hazardous chemicals from production to consumption. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the transport of hazardous chemicals. Based on the understanding of the transport of hazardous chemicals, this paper first gives the risk measurement and cost measurement of the transport of hazardous chemicals. The risk measurement considers the accident probability and the impact area of the transportation of hazardous chemicals. Secondly, this paper considers the model and solution algorithm of the transport problem of hazardous chemicals. In this paper, the description of common models for transportation of hazardous chemicals and the algorithm for solving the models are given. Thirdly, a road transport model and a highway / railway transport model are proposed, in which multiple starting points and multiple endpoints are considered in the model. Transport of a variety of dangerous chemicals. Ant colony algorithm, a common heuristic algorithm, is used to solve the problem, and the two transport modes are compared and analyzed. Fourthly, a two-layer emergency center location model considering time robustness is proposed. Because vehicle travel time is affected by weather, road conditions and other factors, it is often disturbed and is a time-varying parameter. The new model considers the influence of time on the location of emergency center and optimizes the time. The simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the new model, and the results are analyzed. Finally, a summary of the whole paper is given, and the future research direction is given.
